I highly recommend La Terraza Restaurant on Eastlake Drive. We called Memo and asked if his restaurant could accommodate my family on Mother's Day. We were celebrating my niece's UTEP graduation and Mother's Day. I was expecting him to say he couldn't because of Mother's Day but I was surprised he was able to help us out. The service and food at La Terraza was better than I have tasted in the El Paso and Southwest vicinity. My husband and I had the arrachera tacos and the tacos were packed with tender juicy meat. Their customer service was beyond excellent. The ambiance at this place is cheerful. Everyone working had a positive attitude. They made us feel right at home.
