Called this place and got a quote to install 4 news tires (that I already had purchased) on a Tesla model 3. They said that they would install them for $15 a tire and an additional $80 to do the alignment. So I drove over there with the tires and when I got there they really didn't seem to want to do any work. The guy said that they charge $40 per tire on all teslas and that they don't actually do alignment there. I asked why someone on the phone would tell me something completely different and waste my time driving all the way over there. He really didn't care. I told him the shop I mistakingly stopped at a couple buildings over said they would install them for $20 and I said can you at least match that? He said that's a good price you should go there and went and sat back down in is chair and started scrolling on his phone. I went to the shop down the street and they did a bang up job for $20 a tire. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Fernando's tire! read more

I had needed to replace a bad tire pressure sensor for months and had been putting it off, but knowing that Fernando's was around the corner and how quick and easy they made the process made me feel silly for procrastinating. I drove in, told them the problem, they verified which sensor was bad (and that the rest were fine), popped off the wheel and put in a new one, calibrated, and I zelled them what I owed (a good price, as far as I can tell from my research), and I was done. Not sure how I never seen this place before must have driven by several hundred times. I drove up, they asked what i needed, asked for a patch. They did it in about 8 minutes flat, amazing. I went here on a Friday afternoon because I needed some tire help. Jose helped me immediately, and I was in and out SUPER quickly. He was a very very friendly guy, which was refreshing and made me want to come back. He checked all my tires and recommended I change more than one, but when I told him I could only afford to change one, he did not push me to do anything outside of my budget. For the record, it cost about $40 to change one. After he completed my service, Jose also gave me a rundown of other things to look out for in the future with my car, which I really appreciated. Although there is a sign saying they only accept cash, I believe they have an ATM. They also told me I could pay through Zelle, which is what I chose to do. I called prior to coming in for a flat tire repair. Day was rainy and drizzly so I was able to be taken in right away. I had a couple of gentlemen work quickly to remove the wheel from the car and determine how many nails pierced the tread. Once it was determined there was only one puncture, they set on patching the hole quickly by removing the tire from the wheel. In the meantime, another gentleman checked the tire pressure on all my other wheels. Repair was complete in less than 30 minutes and the whole staff was pleasant and professional. The service was great. I highly recommend Fernando's if you ever get a nail in your tire. They also do oil changes and other repairs. read more

I'm not sure how this place had such great reviews but they over charged me to fix a rim that couldn't be fixed at all. I had to take it to a different place where they told me the work they did on the rim was really dangerous for my safety when driving the car. On top of that they tried to overcharge me for other stuff and couldn't properly explain what it is they were changing out. They told me my car wasn't drivable at all so they had to do the work. I refused and when getting the car from the shop turns out they lied about my car being undrivable. They're a scam ! Don't come here if you're a women. They'll lie and overcharge. read more

Had a tire rotation done here. Nice guy, but completely forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of my wheels! I got out of the parking lot and heard clunking noise and car was shaking. Pull over and see I'm missing a lug nut and the other 4 are loose. Went back and he tightened it up but ridiculous to miss something that big, especially considering the shop is dedicated to wheels and tires. Didn't even offer me a discount or refund on the work. I got a flat tire the night before and AAA had helped me change the tire and put it in my trunk so I never evaluated the tire. Brought it in thinking I would get it patched as per the hubby's instructions while he was out of town. Well I came in to the shop the next morning and as soon as I opened the trunk, Fernando knew there was something wrong with it and it's "not good". When he took the tire out of the trunk, he saw that the tire was beyond repair and offered to replace the tire with one of his used tires for $30 which is very reasonably priced. Ran over a nail and had a slow leak I needed patched. Came in on a Friday afternoon and was greeted right away. I explained the problem and they got straight to work. They jacked up my car, removed the tire, found that I actually ran over two nails, patched both holes and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. Only cost $30. There is a sign that says they only accept cash, which I did not know beforehand - so glad I had cash on hand. I called all around and got all kinds of prices for used tires. Fernando's was in the area and they had what i needed so i saved a longer trip by going around the corner. Soon as i got there they hooked me up with two really meaty tires for a good price. $25 ea. installed! So i was happy to get that out of the way with and it was all done within a matter of minutes since i was the only one there. Overall everything was fair and quick. I'll be back for new ones next time! P/S - I requested the lugs not be torqued so tight and he made sure they were good and tight but not over-tightened as most others always do.
