I want to give them no star at all. In Los Angeles, most tire shops have pretty bad attitudes. What's funny is that I've always noticed Korean-owned shops tend to be even worse. Tires wear out quickly depending on how much you drive, and with all the potholes here, they get damaged often--maybe that's why the owners always act rude. The funny part is that Korean owners are extremely polite to non-Korean customers, even though it's clearly just an act. But toward Korean customers, they behave terribly, almost like they think their job puts them at the bottom of society. In reality, no job is above or below another. Since tire problems happen all the time, people end up going to them regardless, so they don't bother with customer service. No greetings, hanging up the phone abruptly... I wonder how long that kind of behavior can last. read more

Very very impressed with TM Tire. I had a run-flat tire pop not too far from their location and a big bubble in another one. (*Note to self: don't let the wife drive your car again [even for 20 minutes, to close your eyes and "relax"], when it seems like she aims for the BOTTOM of the largest pot holes in the city!) I'm a big car-guy and have quite a few shops I work with for anything g car related. I called a few of my regulars and only one had my size tire in stock, but I was worried about driving on the popped run-flat, to get there. I stumbled upon TM Tire, as I thought I'd take a chance and try a new shop that showed up on Yelp as very close by. Well, I called and spoke to the owner, and after checking his inventory, told me he has exactly what I need in some used run-flats and quoted me $45/tire. (*Thats less than half of what my other regular tire shop quoted me...and that's with me having history with them!) I thought there may have been a miscommunication or there would be a number of fees added on, once I got there, for removal and mounting, but I was wrong. His word was good, he didn't ask for a penny extra (mind you, most shops would take advantage when they see you roll up with your wife & kids and a popped tire, on a nicer car...), he and every single one of his guys I met there were extremely friendly and sooo quick to get it done. I was in & out of there in probably LESS THAN 10 minutes, and after paying the owner, was very happy to tip the guy that changed my tires $20. So all-in-all, it cost me $110 for two new (*"used", but tons of tread left on them!) tires, fantastic, friendly & fast service! TM Tire just became my FIRST call for all of my tire needs, from here on out! A BIG thank you to the owner & his guys! read more

Very bad service. I wait in line. I was first and two another Korean people came and business owner told me can I go around to entrance from different entrance. When I did it I was lost my place in line. And they serve those Korean people first. When I ask business owner why did he doing that. He started yelling at me. "Don't push me!!! I've ran over three nails in the past two months, and TM tire come in clutch every time. They are quick, professional, and friendly. A patch job comes around $20~$24, but make sure you have cash on you for that. I'm not sure if they are cash only for new tires though. I was happy with the service at the time, but they didn't put back the key for the locked lug nuts on the tires. I didn't even know that was a thing until six months later and needed to change a tire, and I've had the car for six years and changed tires before. Tire place said they found the bag where it should be but it's not there. Had to grind the locks off for $110 and put on ones with no lock.
