We used their service a little while ago right before we moved. Scheduling was super easy and they were very responsive. They called us confirm and asked about where to park. We asked them to remove some bulky equipment from my storage/junk room. Only that room and only a couple of bulky items. I don't know why he started looking around my bedroom, and that door was closed. I just got creepy vibes from him the whole time. I felt bad that I kept adding stuff to the initial stuff I specified, but they were polite and helpful. At no point did I ever feel rushed in the slightest way. Also, my little dog loved them. My garage was full of stuff. You couldn't walk in there. My grandmother used to have a store, so lots of it was old inventory or even stuff that never made it into the store. There was tons of boxes, bags, and lots and lots of just loose junk piled up. I was hoping they could clear out at least 50-75% of the stuff in my garage so I can walk around in there, but they took almost all of it plus some other stuff I kept adding in as I looked around my yard. This is an excellent company. I called them to remove a large amount of stuff from a deceased relative's house. Xavier is very efficient and extremely responsible. He's a veteran with a lot of integrity. As a bonus, he's a very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. He's very conscientious about checking to make sure nothing valuable gets thrown away accidentally. He charges by the truckload and packs the maximum amount possible into the truck, with absolutely no wasted space. He also sweeps up the areas he removes junk from. His rates are much more reasonable than those of several other companies I called. He is very good about scheduling (no more than three days notice) and calls you with updates so you know exactly when he will arrive. This is a must for anyone who is looking to declutter their house, garage, shed, and anything else in between! They were so easy to schedule an appointment with, and they even gave me a rough estimate after I sent them pictures of what they will be removing. Megan and Xavier not only arrived early for the appointment, but they were very efficient (cleaned out the entire shed and the appointed area of the garage in approximately two hours), but also swept the areas that they cleaned for any dust or other trash left behind. They were also very patient, as sometimes my mom and I would find something to keep and ask them to leave it behind, and were very friendly. The price may be steep, but it is certainly worth it to declutter a house that is long overdue; much of the items in the garage had not been touched for probably 10+ years. I called Xavier (owner) on Thursday and he responded within 15 minutes by phone. He came out to give an estimate of our situation that afternoon. I am; a 72 year old recent widow needing to downsize from a double-wide mobile home into a one bedroom apartment and wished to seel my home. He was polite and listened intently as I described my situation and my budget. I advised the realtor was coming on Monday to do a walk-thru with some "house flippers" and I needed him to complete the job before Monday, if at all possible. He advised he could do the job on Saturday, said it would take about 5 hrs and quoted his price. In my dealings with most businesses, once a price is quoted it seems there are ALWAYS hidden fees tacked on to the final price once the job is finished. NOT SO WITH XAVIER! He, his wife (Meghan) and their team arrived at 9:30 AM on Saturday (as promised) and set about their tasks diligently and efficiently.
