I have a no dairy diet, and he was incredibly accommodating with making changes to my order so I could still fully enjoy my meal. The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and you can tell they care about their customers' experience. After being seated (about 30 minutes after checking in), we were given chips, salsa, and menus, but then the staff proceeded to take orders from the other tables first--even though those guests had arrived after us. I understand that busy periods can be overwhelming, and I don't fault the staff for being busy. However, the seating and service process felt disorganized and unfair. It seems like the restaurant could benefit from either additional staff during peak hours or a better system for managing the waitlist and seating guests in the order they arrive.
