I have had several levels of the pedicure service from the basic to the fullest service and all were awesome. The products used were first class and the outcome is well worth the modest price. As the photos show, they always have the salon tastefully decorated for upcoming holidays. They typically have soft ambient music playing to complement the relaxed atmosphere. I had gotten a full gel acrylic set, the next day one of the nails completely snapped off, i went to go get it fixed and i told the lady the colors i had gotten, she followed up by saying "i don't think so". I thought she knew what she was doing but she ended up picking colors that weren't even close to the colors on my other nails. She just did her own thing. The owner did my nails and was extremely rude. I got dip nails and the color on my pinki nail was light and she asked if I liked it and I told her no. She got her book out to show me the color I picked and I told her that color doesn't look like my pinki, which is why I didn't like it. She didn't offer to help. Felt like I was being talked about (first time I've actually felt uncomfortable at a nail salon) Won't go back again. Getting your nails done is a treat and should be relaxing but I don't find it "polite" to be laughing over my hands while talking in native language. They switched the nail color I chose to a different one for both me and my daughter (to a cheaper brand). They don't listen to what you ask of them, talk over you, and argue. The first tome I have had rude service at a nail salon in a long time. Cold water pedicure even after I told them, they only added a little more water which didn't help. Chair massage wasn't working it kept turning off. Don't believe their google reviews. They are rated super high there snd not to be trusted. I will not be back nor my daughter! read more

As a POC I can see and feel the difference in experience as to how I was treated in comparison to other clients. I was very uncomfortable and was rudely scolded after asking a simple question. The nails are ok but not great for price and honestly I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Don't waste your time or $$$ Well...I have been going to Holly for about 2years the service has definitely gone down. Usually my nails are okay, yes just okay..pedicure could be better even the $47 dollar so called callus pedi ( More expensive doesn't = better, it's just mediocre at best . I was charged $200 for a full set of short acrylic nails and a basic/regular pedi, Both with gel polish. Pedi cure was horrible, she paid more attention to remove the previous gel than the actual pedicure, and French polish line was wayyyyy to thick (came home to clip my own toe nails! ) after sitting in cold water ( didn't even ask about the temperature. Now to Holly, I was told . Girl you need to pic a color, which I had already picked 3 and white. After her saying she couldn't do 3 different designs, I settled for whatever she could do! Should've got clear , artistic they are not, design is not cohesive at all, she flicked my hands and huffed and puffed. Last time here! You girls can have it They are not cheap, and you'll pay way more for what your gonna get. Save time and go somewhere else. read more

As nice as my nails look, they aren't that great. I got a pretty mediocre mani/pedi. It wasn't good enough where I'd recommend to a friend. The reason for the 2 stars rather than 4 for a decent mani/pedi, was how dirty the salon is. Behind the chairs they are caked with dust and dirt. I even saw a roach crawling around, which made me want to leave immediately. There also isn't the greatest selection of normal nail polish since they focus on gel and there's a lot more gel options. My nails looks okay, and the workers were nice and tended to us, but I can't get past the roach! read more

Went on a Sunday and it was not busy at all they took me in right away! Great new place!! Everything is clean, love that they use the disposable bowl bags! Offer services you need but are not pushy about it at all! Everyone is friendly! Unsanitary!!! Decided to give them a try because I'm new to the area. I saw some of Tommy's work online and went in and asked if he did colored acrylics (not acrylics with polish on top that's different) the lady at the counter said yes and it would be 30 Minutes to wait for him and I said okay no problem. I waited for him which was no big deal since I did not have an appointment then he called me back and I said I would like to have color Acrylics done where the actual acrylic powder is colored because I'm rough on my hands. He told me he didn't do that because most of the people he works on are OLD and they don't ask for that.. so I asked if I could get a soak and a full set because I wanted teal nails and if he couldn't do it in colored acrylic that's fine. He proceeded to get irritated by my questions and told me we can just do a fill in and that if he polishes my nails it would cover what I already had. I said as long as you think it will cover that's fine. I think it's poor customer service to get irritated and short with your client that is simply asking questions about the service they are about to receive and pay for (I am also a licensed hair stylist and would never treat my customers this way) he started my service by trying to use his drill bits that were NOT sanitized from his last client that still had nail dust all over them and tried to use a nail buffer and nail file that was used on the previous customer. This is unsanitary you can get a staph infection from this and have your fingers or toes cut off this is NOT okay. There is a lady from Tucson that contracted a flesh eating bacteria on her skin from simply getting a pedicure from someone that was unsanitary and now this poor lady has to use a walker permanently and she is 22. Being sanitary is very important. He gets my service done with an attitude and starts to polish. He gets one coat on and says it's not going to cover what do you want me to do? I thought to myself you're the professional! It's like he did a poor job but checked with me to see if it was okay enough for me to leave and not complain. I asked if we could just do 3 coats and I'll just leave like this. He was rude and unsanitary and I will never be back. My pictures attached are my before and after and you can clearly see my old black tips coming through my teal polish. It is also ILLEGAL for nail technicians to wax unless they are a licensed cosmetologist. Lots of laws being broken in this shop. read more

Went in here on Saturday with my two daughters and two granddaughters! The girls all got pedis and I got a gel manicure along with one of my daughters that got both manicure and pedicure. The "manager" who I thought was a bit rude did my nails. As he was doing my nails he didn't listen to me when I told him how I wanted my nails shaped. He made some excuse and then he was never leaving my nails dry properly between coats. He did it completely different then I've ever seen. Today's Wednesday and I have two chipped nails...one of my daughters says her nails are starting to lift! I'm so tired of overpriced nail salons with bad service! I had my first manicure here on 5/11/18 and was very pleased with the customer service, the friendliness of the employees, and most of all the quality of my manicure. Tommy, did my nails and he was absolutely a perfectionist! He took his time to ensure the job was done right!! I had my daughter and husband with me and they too got a really good manicure! There was a sign posted above the entrance, "under new management." From the previous reviews I read I would like to say this salon rocks! The service is superb and if those who had been there before did not get good service they should go back now because the service was amazing!! read more
