This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've had. The service was rushed because they were about to close, and it clearly showed in the final result. The length and shape of my nails were drastically different from one finger to the next -- some noticeably longer, some shorter, some thick, some thin. They were completely uneven and looked unprofessional. The design was also poorly done and nothing like what I asked for. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have their mistakes corrected, thinking they would stand behind their work. Instead, I was met with extreme rudeness from the front desk woman when I returned. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. Despite having an appointment, I was bluntly told there was nothing they could do, and she made no effort to find a solution or even acknowledge how bad the nails looked. No fixes. No apology. No refund or compensation whatsoever. Between the rushed service, the drastically uneven length and shape, and the unacceptable attitude at the front desk, this place lacks both professionalism and basic customer service. I will be going back! A friend recommended Bella nail bar to me. After looking up reviews, of course the negative reviews made me hesitant. Looking online the salon looked beautiful and peaceful so I gave it a try. I am 39 weeks pregnant and treated myself to a great nail day! I saw Hannah and she seemed to be very detailed and didn't rush through my appointment. She gave me the designs I wanted. The salon was clean and had comfortable nice massage chairs. When i first walked in it was very dead, not greeted as I walked in. Multiple techs just hanging out on their phones did not look up when i walked in. The vibe was meh. My nail tech was an older lady who seemed to not be having a good day. Got a little upset when i wanted to change colors. Rushed through the whole process did not give any warmth or conversation. The place is always busy but you never feel rushed when it's your appointment time. the customer service was good, but I spent 2 hours to get a full set. $85 dollars later plus tip, I was sent on my way with the worst nails I've ever encountered. I went back in to get fixed them after sitting in a chair for 2 hours, the same lady did them and spent another 30-40 minutes in there for the issue to get semi fixed. She cracked two of them during getting them fixed( filing and just doing 1 color) 7 days later two of my nails broke, I went in for a removal. The removal messed up my nails even more. I use to go here all the time, but this experience and price I'll never be returning again. I asked for a French tip and 1 accent nail, I left with all different shapes and sizes of nails. read more

First of all it is a nice salon aesthetically. I went in on Friday morning to get my nails done for bike week. The first thing that caught me off guard, was I like my nails rounded, like almost almond shape. The nail tech said that it would cost me an extra 10$ to get my shape- I've never paid extra for a rounded nail, I don't go crazy and get coffin or stiletto shapes, just rounded with no corners, that's all, and I've been getting my nails done for YEARS. I had to settle for square/oval because that was mind blowing to me. But whatever, it's just a shape. The real issue was by Saturday morning two of my nails (it's Wednesday, there's now 4) pain is trashed. I paid extra for gel, which should last extra long, because it's 10$ extra, and it's gel. so now I have a set of nails with trashed polish that I can't get off because it's gel and idk how to remove it (I never use gel) read more

Took my daughter in for pedis before back to school. Mine went from $38 to $53 but online shows $35 for the therapy one (gel polish is why I'm assuming $18 more) My chair was broken and didn't even massage, everything was rushed, the hot stone was literally him rubbing the hot stone from my knee down one time. My little one had to keep waiting as the lady doing hers was also running the front so she kept stopping and rushed when she started her polish looks like crap doesn't even cover the nail or cuticles cleaned up. Then she put the green foam sandals in and sent her in her way not even time to dry a minute or two. Won't be back to this place. read more

My young daughter and I used to come her frequently for pedicures, but took a break for a while. We came in this morning for pedicures before a trip-a special treat. We made an appointment for 11am, when they said they opened. We walk in right at 11 and there are already 4-5 people getting nails done and 6-7 people getting pedicures with 3 people (besides us) waiting. I had a feeling we might be waiting a bit, but we were still waiting at 11:40. No updates or water in the bowl-nothing. I understand appointments can't be exact, but we were first thing at opening! I can wait 15-20, but 45 is ridiculous. Will not be returning. No apologies or anything. They know pedicures take a while-don't start 6 of them at 10:50 when you have appointments at 11. Not a great experience. Was here with my daughter visiting from CO. I asked the receptionist for a price list of services and decided I'd have the $28 pedicure. When we were seated the menu was handed to my daughter and she pointed out the cheapest pedi on the menu...which turned out to cost $35. This salon has one price list at the front counter and a different one at the service area. There was some discomfort when I said the charge should be $28 each...not $35! Turned out he pedi on the menu my daughter chose was an "Organic Classical Pedicure". The $28 pedi was not on that menu. As far as the pedicure, it was...almost adequate. After spending nearly a half hour waiting, using the massage chair, the process seemed rushed and messy. (We had appointment at 12:45...it was past 1:15 when we were served.) I've been to Bella Nail Bar many times as it's in my neighborhood and convenient. Today I had a horrible experience and will not be returning. I received a fill in a week ago at Bella, but a nail broke. Paying for a repair was not a problem. Unfortunately, the problem was the nail operator. She was extremely rude and treated me as if I was a nuisance. As she was not familiar with my set, I politely advised her that I used clear acrylic. She proceeded to use pink powder. I truly understand language barriers as I am a communication instructor at a university, however her disregard was very obvious. Yes, she completed my repair, but it was definitely not good work. The nail was not shaped like the others although she did fix it once I brought it to her attention. Bottom line is I prefer to patronize businesses that appreciate my presence and do not treat me as someone not worthy of being there. read more

There were 2 of us getting pedicures. Mine started first 5 min later they started my friend. She finished before me. If she got 10 minutes total I'd be surprised. The warm towels were cold and the hot rocks were anything but hot. Never asked to warm up the water. She got virtually no massage. I told the cashier and she didn't seem to care at all. Nothing done. First visit to this salon today. Everyone was very friendly, large and open space, great colors to choose from. My nail technician was good and took her time working. A dip manicure was $40 and took just under an hour. I would consider it more of a polish change than a manicure as no cuticle car was given. The tech did use the electric filer on them so they don't look bad, but it was not a traditional manicure. I like my nails in an almost shape which they were already in, but after my visit here they look almost like I took them from square to almond shape. The tech did not start to taper the nail from the finger tip. They don't look bad, just not almond shape. The dip clear coat on top came out a little wavy so they are not perfectly smooth, but it's not a big deal. I did like that this salon uses an updated payment system that allows tips to be left on the card. read more

Very friendly and responsive conversation. Jade did a great job with my services. I just loved her. She was as friendly and engaging as she was an expert clinician. Went there for the first time for a regular mani and pedi. It was around lunch time and I walked in but got someone to help me right away. The place is beautiful! I LOVE the decor, and how spacious and clean it looks. They have a large selection of colors and comfortable chairs for the pedi sessions. Their prices are pretty standard (paid $15 for manicure and $25 for regular pedi) and the service was done in a timely fashion. I actually felt very relaxed during my foot massage. The ladies were all very nice and friendly. My pedicure came out perfect but my manicure didn't look as good. Every time I go get my nails done and have to file them once I get back home, I know something is not right. Overall I don't think my nails looked much different than if I had done them myself at home... but it wasn't terrible either. Just not perfectly shaped (one nail was so badly filed it was s complete diagonal line) and cuticles everywhere. I still think I will go back because I enjoyed the environment.
