i've been to this place a few times and it's usually good I like the salon because it's really clean but the pedicure that I spent $40 on today was worth 25. she completed me in probably a half hour. Some of these gals/guys don't know anything about massage they run these rocks over your joints and bones which is painful....she cut my skin when she was shaving off the sparkle from my nails. I was extremely disappointed. The massage which for the package I purchased should have been longer and better. she didn't provide a massage just rubbed lotion and oil on my legs and feet. I found them after having to walk out on my appt at another Nail Salon. I can be extremely picky when it comes to someone working on my nails because i am a perfectionist. I walked in and the receptionist told itll be a 5-10 min wait. They took me to the back and my nail tech introduce herself as Jackie. Very sweet lady who took her time on my pedicure. After getting a pedicure she took me to her table to work on my nails. We did two nail polish because i ended hating the first one. She was very polite and told me she wanted me to leave happy! If I could give this place a negative 1 star I would. I came to this nail salon for the first time visiting from California. I received a regular pedicure and a manicure. I swiped my credit and debit card after my service, then they told me that the card machine wasn't working. They told me that the payment didn't go through so I ended up paying in cash. Only to find out after returning to California that they charged both my credit and debit card. Not only for the services but included a tip as well. They ended up stealing $140 for a regular mani and pedi from my credit and debit account. I called the nail salon several times to speak to the owner regarding this but she is not taking my calls. I will be reaching out to the department of consumers affairs, and the better business bureau in regards to this matter. PLEASE DO COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN. read more

I called in to see if there was an open spot. They said come on down and I walked in. I usually get my nails done near the area I live in, but my partner in crime picked me up early. So I did my search and they seemed the closest. I love and hate getting my nails done because you never know how the design will look. I'm just going to say not everyone is skilled at their designs. For starters, the technician did a terrible job of taking my old polish off and left my old polish on 3 of my nails. Then she stared as I scraped them off myself because she missed 3 nails. Then we get started and I show the technician a picture of the opaque clear shellac I wanted and she proceeds to put on a shiny topcoat clear shellac on my nails. I let the technician know that is not like the picture I showed her before we had even started and point out that the polish is not similar. She calls the owner and the owner tells me that she doesn't have an opaque clear. How does a nail salon not have a basic opaque clear? It's not like I'm asking for a complicated, unique color. After putting on a shiny clear coat I ask her to look at the picture once again and to look for a close color because that's nothing like the picture I showed her. None of the technicians took the time to look for a similar color until I let them know that no, a shiny topcoat is not going to cut it. And twice at that. The lack of effort to even look for a similar color is so disappointing; I would not recommend this place to anybody. There are far nicer technicians and salons that really care about your nails. read more

I have tried LITERALLY every single nail salon in Gilbert and this one is by FAR my favorite. Their prices are sooo good and the people are so kind and they do an AMAZING job. My dip nails last for 4 weeks, every fricken time and they always look incredible. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I went to Nikki and she was so rough and would literally THROW my hands. She also burned me with the tool she was using and acted pissed off that she had to help me. She kept talking in another language and I felt she was talking about me! She was annoyed the whole time. When I couldn't decide what color I wanted she kept heavy sighing. I had gone to Helen a couple of times and she is a sweet lady who does a great job. She does put a lot of coats of polish on but that was okay it made my nails last a lot longer. She is very slow though and every time I call Helen is not working so I do not think I will go back. I have been 5 or 6 times and it just has not been a great experience overall. The last girl I went to I told her the color I wanted and she kept telling me I needed to put glitter over it as it didn't hold up and that would make it look nice. Every time I look down and see the glitter I was upset with myself for not getting what I wanted. As I was thinking of making an appointment today, I was thinking, why am I going back there. Decided I'm not. I don't think they will stay in business. They are not customer focused and I didn't feel they cared about me or for me. read more

I came here bc one of my nails broke when I was working around the area and it was getting late. I asked for a fill since it was about two weeks from my last appointment. My favorite shape is a skinny square (my friend in phx did my nails prior so my shape was already on point). Nikki did my nails pretty quickly. She did replace my broken nail and didn't mind when I was extremely picky about how it was shaped, shape is everything to me. The only thing that irks me is when they throw your hands around. The gel is okay there are some bumps but nothing too noticeable. I went home and filed the top of my nails myself they seemed to be crooked. They have a stamp card, $10 off after getting 10 fills done. Price wasn't bad $35 for a fill, I am a big tipper so if they do a good job they deserve a nice tip. I went in to get a manicure and the rest of my dip soaked off(which was very little). She soaked my nails and tried to scrape the rest off and it didn't look like it came off all the way. I pointed it out to her and she didn't agree . So then she started the manicure. She pulled some cuticle clippers out of the drawer that were 100% dirty. They didn't work, she threw them back in the drawers and then grabbed another random/dirty pair! Soooo that's cool. Everything was barely done throughout the manicure and so rushed. On top of my nails being all uneven. So annoying! And then, they told me it was $20!! I was shocked! I will not go back because all the care about is quality, not quantity. read more

Cal us removal was fine, massage was truly lack luster but ok. Sat down for my mani, and it was over in 5 min. Granted, I keep my nails well kept, the lack of attention to detail was noticeable. Definitely one of the worst nails i've ever gotten. I had gel polish left all over on my hand, not to mention it was cured on my skin. very bumpy and badly shaped nails. I have gone here twice and gotten an acrylic full set and a fill. I will say that these nails stay on better than most places I have ever tried. However, the customer service is severely lacking. I definitely would not recommend coming here for the best customer service but the quality of nails is the only thing that keeps me coming back. I really wanted to like this place. It's close to where I live, very clean and the staff was friendly...but those things do not necessarily mean their services are any good. I went in last Monday for a gel manicure, and I left with 4 cuts on my fingers and cuticles from the nail file, and in less than a week almost all of my gel polish has peeled off. Being a new mom, I don't get the opportunity to get out and do things for me very often...so that made it all even worse. I will not be going back to this nail salon, but I hope they improve! read more

Usually go somewhere else for my nails but I needed to get them done quick and this place was by my work. I called and the lady who answered (I believe she was the owner) was SO sweet and very informative, which I don't find often when calling nail salons. The lady who did my nails was also very sweet. So 5 stars for customer service and cleanliness of the salon. 4 stars because they said it was only 27$ since it was 10% off but they still charged me the full 30$. Also four stars because I don't feel like my gel held up as well as it does when I get it done at my regular place. But I would definitely go back if I needed and I would recommend to any one. read more
