I would more give this place 2.5 but being generous. First off the store just lacks that feel for a coffee/bakery feel. The coffee is why the three stars had great flavor and reasonably priced. The cupcake I got was what the store clerk suggested the amaretto. It was ok. 2.5/5 it was extremely moist and so much that felt like the water got in you when you were biting into it. Got a lemon cupcake for tomorrow but today's was the amaretto one. The frosting atop the cupcake was not overly sweet which fit the sweet treat perfectly. It's the most delicious cream cheese frosting that's not overly sweet, in the most amazing way. The cupcakes themselves are fluffy, moist, and many are filled with all sorts of creative, incredible fillings! My favorite flavors are the dulce de leche, guava, red velvet and strawberry shortcake. You can't go wrong though. No, really---you can't go wrong here! I visited yesterday for the first time since the pandemic, and was pleased to find the bakery taking safety precautions quite seriously. Suleyka C. I don't know how to directly reply to my original review but you seem to lack the same understanding as you manager. I did not talk over her BTW, I listened, but you both seem to not understand that your product was the end of the line, it was your product that was to be delivered and for you both to wash your hands of the fact that an upside down mess was delivered at my front porch means you don't understand what good customer service. I'd say there are many other options for the people of Orlando other than your business IF they want to ensure the product was delivered intact and on-time. Your product was neither on-time or intact and certainly not edible coverage in ants after a raccoon ate its share. We never left the house and I was check for them, so if a deliver said 7:30, they lied. You and your manager have a lot to learn. For example: 1. Next time at least put it in your bag and tell the delivery service to have it on a door knob. 2. Be willing to go to bat for your customers, even if you think it's an issue caused by a third party involved in the transaction. It's your product protect its reputation. It's your customers, ensure they have a good experience. 3. Make some effort to make it right. I personally think it's an indication that your business must be struggling that you can afford to replace six cup cakes. if I take your suggestion and come into your store for a better experience, will you replace my six cup cakes for free, or will you charge me a second time for them? read more

I was blown away by the flavors of this little bakery! I went in for 2 cupcakes and I ended up taking part in the buy 5, get 1 free deal because everything looked so good. I left with 2 Nutella filled chocolate, 1 S'mores, 1 Red velvet with cream cheese icing, 1 carrot cake with cream cheese icing and 1 sea salt caramel for about $18. The sea salt caramel is probably hands down the best cupcake I've ever had. The cake itself was moist and the icing was a perfect sea salt caramel combination. The Nutella flavor was also very delicious. I am not a fan of buttercream usually but the icing tasted like it had some Nutella mixed in which made it addicting. In almost 5 years of living in Orlando I haven't visited any cupcake business. I've heard of Small Cakes in winter park and others like it. However La Zurcre is testing those waters and wow those cupcakes were amazing.
