I brought a designer dress to be DRY CLEANED. Dress had been worn one time for a few hours for a Christmas event. My husband picked up the dress and when he brought it home, I was switching it to a better hanger to be put away for the summer when I noticed that it was pilled all over. I brought it back to them and the woman that came over to speak with me had the AUDACITY to say that this is how it was brought in to her. She kept insinuating that the dress had been worn numerous times and that she did not damage the dress. I tried to explain to her that if there was any pilling from friction caused by wear, it would only be in certain spots on the dress; and not like it was all over the dress. She insisted that her dry cleaning machine would never do that. I have to agree if that had been the way it was cleaned; but it was not. Obviously, it was washed and then ironed improperly and that is why it had pilled all over the entire garment. I was never rude or loud when I spoke with her and she had the nerve to say that I was rude b/c she didn't like that I was telling her what she did wrong and ultimately ruined my dress. Prior to this situation, I brought a suit in and when I went to pick it up with my receipt in hand, the young lady that was there could not find it anywhere. She finally found it and told me that they had lost their portion of my receipt. They are pathetic. They do not have a clue of how to run a DRY CLEANING business nor anything about customer service. She knew what they did wrong. She took out a lint roller to try to get the pilling off of my dress, but it did not work in the least. WARNING: Do not bring any sweaters to this business as they are not dry cleaning them. I am not the only one that they have done this to according to the reviews. They are washing them and ruining them. She should have at least offered to give me my money back for the damage they caused. read more

Worst experience ever!! I asked for expedited service for a special event. When my husband and I picked up the dry cleaning , we were shocked to see the wrinkles in the suit We were pressed for time so immediately we called back to peak with a manager. When I was told the person speaking was the manager. I expressed how disappointed we were with the dry cleaning and noted the disservice we received. The young lady on the phone said I should have brought the suit inside like a normal person. I then said this conversation is going nowhere and ended the call. However, later I received a text message from a personal number (see attached) Identifying themselves as the owner. I got called names , never got an apology.. Typically I use TCC cleaners, but only went to Laba because they agreed to have the ability to clean it and have ready in a couple of days turn around. This explains why TCC dry cleaners decline and said it was not enough time because they actually out source the clothes to ensure good quality. This is by far the worst experience ever!! I brought 4 jackets because they had a mildew smell and after paying almost forty dollars when I brought them home they smelled exactly the same. I called up and they said bring them back. I drove back only to be told by some bold headed man If you don't like how I clean get the F*** you C*** only because I asked why did you ask me to bring them back if your not going to do anything about it and that was his response. I had a terrible experience at Laba Dry Cleaners in Palm Coast today, I picked up a dress shirt and noticed an additional 3% charge when using a debit/credit. I politely expressed my displeasure and she told me "that's what we charge and we aren't the only ones who do". I responded "fine but I won't be back. I took my shirt and exiting a man was coming in and barely let me out before he came in. when I got to my car he came out and yelled at me "you FN C _ _t. I was mortified and drove off. I called the shop when I got home to tell them I didn't appreciate the obscenities and that's no way to do business. Much to my surprise they texted me since they had my phone number on my claim check. It was only one word "C_ _T. Unbelievable! It looks as though I need to find another dry cleaner. Terrible place, I asked for a 1.5 Inch cut on my jeans and all they did was cut off the cuffs and replaced it with a terrible stitching pattern and Its still the same length... The alteration lady is nice but the old receptionist (the fat and short one) is rude. We've been going here for the past 2 years or so and we won't be coming back! read more

First impression was not good, they weren't really mean, but they definitely weren't nice. Tried to stay hopeful since there isn't many options in Palm Coast. My sister picked their order up for her husband, the dress shirts seemed like they were okay, one seemed more snug. Then he went to wear one and two buttons were completely not there. I would actually give this place a score of minus 10 if possible. I called numerous businesses to locate a dry cleaning facility with the ability to DRY CLEAN a man's sportcoat within 1 day; this was the only place that indicated they had the ability to dry clean a garment within 1 day. When I arrived to pick up the garment, I was asked to pay then the male person behind the counter (owner?) pulled the garment & when I asked if I could check it out prior to him putting the plastic over it & he started yelling at me that he was too busy & that if I wanted to check the item I could do so after he bagged it; because he did me a favor (don't know what the favor was since I paid for a service I never received). When I did check the garment it was obvious that it hadn't been dry cleaned at all but instead was merely pressed & bagged. The jacket smelled of body odor which was why I was having it cleaned. When I said that it hadn't been appropriately cleaned the male started screaming for me to leave the store & then a female came from the back of store also screaming. These are crooks & customer service & honesty is apparently something they lack. STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. read more
