After your first scheduling online your information remains on file. This includes your insurance information. Why is this great? People who have blood work checks monthly, bi-monthly, or your preferred requests - it allows you to book your event at your leisure. When you arrive there is no paperwork or insurance cards and questions to complete. The online service uses your information to look for your standing orders, collect information and confirm. The wizard online can provide you an estimate of your out of pocket payment. Online booking is the way to go!! Upon arrival, my on-site transduction was less than 8 minutes. The phlebotomists are welcoming. The seating area and lab area is clean. And, the humans there want to help you with a pain-free and enjoyable experience! This will be our HOME site for future labs.

The only compliant I have is parking, handicap is too few and there is not anywhere you can find shade, the way the building/parking is set up. It is very troubling when you have a driver that chooses to stay in the vehicle, leaving the lobby seats for patients. The heat is dangerous and I would love to see either trees planted between the parking and street. And making the few, 4-6 spots that do get some shade from the building all handicap. As the drivers are more likely to wait on site, and the patients often take longer entering/exiting the vehicles. *** When it comes to getting lab work done, Victoria is my only go to!!
