Came here to get routine bloodwork (make sure you have your script) done on a Saturday around 10:30am and had a great experience as a walk-in. Pulled into the parking lot at 10:25am, found a spot right away and took the elevator to the 3rd floor (#304). Checked in with their tablets (there's 2 in the corner - self serve) which took a few minutes and was easy to use/navigate. You just need to have your ID (ie, drivers license) and your insurance card and the device scans everything for you. After completing my info on the tablet, I waited maybe 2-3 minutes before I was called up to the window. Was asked for my script, confirmed my insurance and instructed to go to one of the rooms. I waited in the room maybe a minute before someone came in to draw my blood which took probably a minute. The employee that drew my blood was very nice and got the blood right away, granted I am an easy stick haha. I left the parking lot at 10:40am so it took me 15 minutes for my visit from pulling into the lot to leaving the lot! Amazing! Facility was also very clean from what I saw. Only con is they close at 11am on Saturdays and not open on Sundays. read more

I have been coming here for my last 3 pregnancies for routine lab work & they're usually good at doing what they have to do, get you in/ out, not too much wait etc But the only phlebotomist that knows what she's doing is Latoya! She's so gentle, she's in/out with the needle with no pain! & I never bruise with her. Anyone else (2 previous bad experience when she was not there or busy) my arm was hurting & I had black/ blue for a couple of days LaToya you're so awesome & I appreciate what you do! DISSAPOINTING!! Made an appointment for my child with special needs online for 9:30 at the Babylon location. When I arrived I checked in online and chose the ability to wait in my car and they would text me when it is our turn. At 10 o'clock, my aid went upstairs. Because we had not been called yet. Only to find out that lab Corp no longer take appointments online. if that is the case, they should shut down the ability to make an appointment online and have people waiting to be called in. They now have a new bigger office for more patients yet Still only have two people working! So antiquated. needless to say, we didn't get blood work done as it was overcrowded with patients who had been waiting in excess of an hour! read more

Latoya at the front desk was a dear. Kind, patient and polite as a front desk staffer should be. One concern- one tiny little window and noticed two patients up there at the same time, each being helped but they had to confirm personal information. What happened to HIPPA and patient privacy. Might I suggest two windows? Arrived at 7:06am, signed in, called up to address insurance & copay at 7:30. Taken back to room few minutes thereafter. Only issue was changing my sons gender from female to male on intake form- otherwise for not having a pre-made appointment, in and out within the hour. read more

I have been using lab Corp for about 3 years. I go pretty often. In the first year I do remember it being very busy and waiting at least a half hour-hour. As the technology progressed with the express check ins upon arrival and allowing to make appointments online I noticed a big change. Im typically seen pretty quickly. Normally I am out within 15 minutes. The women are all friendly and make it easy for me when drawing blood. I will continue recommending and coming here as long as this continues. It makes things much easier and doesn't make me dread going! read more

Walked in at 8:55 for a 9am appointment. After waiting for 10 minutes at reception, someone walked from the back to "help" us. I asked her how long the wait was since the lobby was full and there was a line now down the hallway. She apparently can't answer that question but told me that there was 6 people ahead of me. So just to be clear, I made a 9am appointment for my fasting 3 year old but we're some how 7th in line? I find that remarkable, yet I'm not surprised. I've been here plenty of times and waited over an hour before just walking out. Just go anywhere else. read more

This was the worst I ever had. Never in my 59 yrs have I ever got hurt getting my blood drawn. She hurt me taking the needle out I'm guessing she cut my vein when she pulled the needle out. It never hurt like that before read more

Horrible!!! I made a 9 am appointment with this lab for my 9 year old son a week ago. They were the only lab locally that had an early enough appt available to do a fasting pediatric draw. I checked in online ahead of our appt. we got there at 8:55 and it looked like we were at the DMV. Standing room only people in the hallway. My sons doctor needs his blood drawn before he takes his medication and without food. Here's the issue, his meds have to be taken same time everyday for his condition but he can't take them on an empty stomach or it makes him sick. So I always make sure I book an early appt and check in online and bring medication and food with me to give to him as soon as they are done. This has always worked and never had an issue in all the years he's had his condition. At 9:25 they still hadn't taken him and he says to me mom I don't feel good and I can see he's sweating. I go to the desk and explain what's happening and the guy says well there are 4 people ahead of you. I said how can that be I made an appt a week ago for 9 am and it's now 9:25 and your saying there are still 4 people ahead of me. So I said my son isn't feeling well I have to leave now and he said ok I'll take him out of the system. He didn't care, didn't even offer to help. My son had a medical episode from not having meds when we got outside. I was able to give him meds and food once I got him to the car. I'll never use labcorp again. I've used quest and northwell so many times and never had a problem. Never waited more than 10 mins. Labcorp should be ashamed of themselves. I already contacted corporate. read more

First of all, they scratched up my arm with the alcohol swab - trying to tell me I'm allergic to it. Really? I've never had that before and my arm was BLEEDING. The girl acted clueless and brought someone else in. I do have bad veins so they had to poke around, dont know why they didn't just use my hand. They also didn't seem to be phAsed that I was shaking uncontrollably after the bloodwork - they told the next person to come to my room BEFORE I WAS OUT?! I said I feel dizzy, I was ignored. The room was also disgusting. There was blood on the chair I was in. But I'm more upset about my arm, and how they handled it. I already callled corporate and spoke to them twice. read more

Horrible service... No front desk attendant. Someone came from the back to yell in the waiting area to move b/c I was standing under the bell. I waited until a woman appeared and told her I had an appointment she asked if I checked in at the Kiosc. Of course I didn't b/c there's no one here to tell you what to do. There's no direction or customer service. I'll never come back unless I'm in dire straights. Smh read more

I'm not one to leave negative reviews on any company, I just wont go back. But when to comes to healthcare, its a completely different story. I went to Lab Corp located on Montauk Highway in Babylon for routine bloodwork my first red flag was while I was waiting, I noticed what looked like blood that had dripped on the floor in front of the seat I was sitting in. I usually go to my primary for any blood work but this was an exception. My veins are very easy to find so there should not have been any issue doing so. After the blood work was complete I left, but once I got onto the parking lot, I noticed that at the site of the needle insertion, my arm blew up like a golf ball was in it, it was filling with blood. In all of my years of bloodwork, I've never experienced anything like this. It was concerning. This morning at the site of where the tech inserted the needle, was totally black and blue and is still swollen and sore, with a bruise about 4" in diameter. Concerned, I called my primary doctor, and he told me the vein was punctured and it's hematoma, and could take a few weeks to heal. I called Lab Tech in Babylon to inform them of my experience, and was I told, that I should have kept pressure on it.. I was never told to do so by anyone and If this was the case, why wouldn't they have tightly wrapped it or informed me before I left. I've never in my life had to apply pressure for a prolonged time for simple bloodwork, and always left with a band aid over the site with minimum or no bruising at the site. I also got the impression from the girl answering the phone, that she could care less about my experience and injury form the service that I received from Lab Corp Babylon. Personally I can say that, I will never go back to this facility, and that I cannot recommend this facility. They also seem to be short staffed which is understandable in the present times. However, I believe the the woman who was answering the phones was the same person that did my bloodwork. I Called corporate twice on two different to speak to someone no return call. read more

What's the point of giving a star as to anything. This is a corrupt, fraudulent, scamming company. I recently moved to another state to start a new chapter. I went in for a drug test from my employer to start working. The tech told me it shouldn't take more than 24hrs to receive results. How is it, that's already been a week & half and still pending results. Mro has not yet received any of my information. But mind you urine is only good for 48hrs. So either their fermenting my urine or they lost it. But they don't have the integrity nor ownership to say they made a mistake. Why would they? They are working during these times and received the money they needed from my employer. So why should they care about anyone else? Employers use Quest Diagnostics. LabCorp is corrupt and worthless. Good luck with anyone trying to get anything done here. They will hold your urine hostage. As to follow with the previous negative comments, I wouldn't put it past any of them. read more

Clean, modern lab ... Have been to a different location and was disappointed with how cheaply put together it looked but this place makes all the difference. The staff are very nice and efficient so you're in and out when they are drawing blood, which is always nice. The waiting room tends to be pretty full early in the morning for all the people who are fasting, but you can make an appointment online and get in pretty quickly - 15 minutes versus an hour or so the last time I decided to go without an appointment. read more

I had to take my twin girls for blood work even tho the woman got the blood for both in one shot i called for the results they said they cancelled the order they lost the blood or it spilled point being noone ever called me to let me know very unprofessional.... Not to mention the fact that when we walked in the women there act as if they didnt wanna be there one was on her phone with ear buds paying us no mind and the other woman just wasnt friendly like if u dont like ur job let someone who needs a job or wants that job be there..... read more
