The girl who took my baby's blood was nice but they ended up canceling the order due to "lack of blood". They have one job...to draw blood. A giant waste of my time and extremely upsetting I had to bring my newborn into that filthy facility for no reason. Attached is a picture of the bathroom when I walked in. No toilet paper, clearly dirty toilet and no soap to wash your hands. Absolutely disgusting and Northwell should be ashamed of this facility.

You can make the appointment all online or on the app. They recently made it even easier to check in, using the app or scan on the terminals inside. The office is clean and the staff is funny and friendly. They do a pretty good job getting people in and out. But it helps tremendously with that appointment!

Oh gosh ! She didn't even cry! Barely flinched!!! I don't know how the person drawing her blood even found a vein. Little kids veins aren't prominent like an adults, however, there was only one poke needed! Yayy Yea, the office is small, but with everything being straightforward and done pretty promptly it didn't bother me, or her. I think it might've helped keep my normally wild toddler, relaxed. I actually will be returning with her there for this year's bloodwork, either today or tomorrow .

When I saw she wasn't using a butterfly needle, I almost panicked--but she was so gentle, kind, and reassuring that she immediately put me at ease. She even had me laughing through the whole process, which is not easy to do in that situation. I wish I remembered her name, but I believe it may have been Debbie. Every time I visit this location, the staff is consistently amazing with no complaints at all. In my experience, they are far better than other systems I've worked with, including Northwell (and I say that as a former Northwell employee).

They refused to take patients during this time, disregarding appointments. Recent visit: I was called up to hand in my paperwork, told wait one second, so since it's one second I didn't sit back down... and proceeded to see the employee plop down put my paperwork on the desk and take out her phone and start playing on it. After two minutes she looks up and said "oh, I said give me a second... take a seat. Proceeded to wait another 10,15 minutes for her to read my one page prescription and say if they can take me.... Pulled into the parking lot at 10:25am, found a spot right away and took the elevator to the 3rd floor (#304). Checked in with their tablets (there's 2 in the corner - self serve) which took a few minutes and was easy to use/navigate. You just need to have your ID (ie, drivers license) and your insurance card and the device scans everything for you. After completing my info on the tablet, I waited maybe 2-3 minutes before I was called up to the window. Was asked for my script, confirmed my insurance and instructed to go to one of the rooms. I waited in the room maybe a minute before someone came in to draw my blood which took probably a minute. The employee that drew my blood was very nice and got the blood right away, granted I am an easy stick haha. I left the parking lot at 10:40am so it took me 15 minutes for my visit from pulling into the lot to leaving the lot! Amazing! Facility was also very clean from what I saw. Only con is they close at 11am on Saturdays and not open on Sundays.

I came to this northwell imaging location because the appointment for my sonogram was 2 weeks…read moresooner than at my closest location. Although it was a little bit if a drive, it was easy to find. There was plenty of parking which is good. When I entered, the woman behind the desk prompted me to sit down but the waiting room waa PACKED!!!! Like totally full!!!! Being immunocompromised and Covid still being a big part of life, i told her I didnt feel comfortable and asked if I could wait in my care. The woman was a little rude about it at first but then I just gave her my cell phone number and walked out. A minute later my phone rang. It was a different woman who apologized to me and then emailed me my paperwork to do on my phone. She informed me that the technician would call my cell phone when it was my time. A little while later, like 15 minutes, karen, the technician called me. I entered through the side entrance so I didnt have to walk through the packed waiting room. The sonogram room was clean and had a nice picture on the ceiling above the exam table area. Karen was an excellent technician and talked me through everything. It was overally a good experience other than my initial impression of the waiting room and first interaction with the woman behind the test. I do recommend this location however if you are immunocompromised maybe just plan to wait in your car.
