She is so slow, checking on everyone's insurance information, asking for money up front; activities which should be done prior or after blood draw. People were waiting in line for lab draw for hours but she was moving like a snail and she had no concern about that. Her main goal was to ensure payment from everyone whereas everyone is coming with a Doctor referral and of course they have insurance. She should not be dealing with patients during check-in which should be a faster process.

Back again for their vascular foundation and venous insuff. 5 day course. This time the course was…read moreheld in their main location in Bothell. The class room was big with duplex scanning machines set up. The lectures are indepth with power point presentation and those slides printed in a book for each student. The presenters are knowledgeable and have answered questions AND helped with the hands on scanning. The class is full day. The first part of the day(4hrs) is lecture. Then a CATERED LUNCH OF YOU CHOICE. The rest of the afternoon is for hands on scanning. PVI has live models that are normal and have pathology. They are usually clients and pleasant to work with. We had various instructors on different subjects and the Q&A got answered properly. Case studies were shown and as I mentioned each day, 4 hrs of hands on scanning with patients with and without disease. I know that PVI would put a great course together. My first experience with the TCD/TCI course showed me that PVI really put lecture and hands on training is worth the price. Materials are always provided and the instructors are more than willing to give additional information via email. This time around, I got to work with Ridge and Mimi again. But also got to learn from Anne, Lisa and Josh.. all great instructors. ------------------------------------------------------------------- As for Healthcare services. Pacific Vascular is a contractor to many hospitals in King County. All technologists are well trained as PVI is also a Vascular training center for people that meet their qualifications.

This delay is unacceptable. The employee who finally helped me was very kind & apologetic. They're short staffed. Since I used to work in a small lab, I know how awful callouts can make the workload. I feel for the sole employee. She gets 5 stars for courtesy & ease of blood draw. Management gets 1-2 stars for not covering their employees better!

Covid tests are so hard to get into. I came here yesterday after looking for testing appointments everywhere! I'm not sick or have any symptoms. But may have been exposed by someone at the gym! Crazy. The hardest part about this place was getting an appointment online. Well almost anywhere in North west, North east Washington/ king county right now anyways. Once I managed to secure my appointment, it was easy. It's not a drive up, you have to park, walk outside, check in and get a self swab! But, appointment only. They were turning away people that showed up without appointments! Like I said, the hardest part was getting an appointment. My time here took less than 5 minutes after I got out of my car including check in, getting the swab, doing the self swab, handing it back and walking out. Super easy and convenient! Appointments only. They will and are turning people away without appointments. Results available after a couple of days.

The website says walk-ins are welcome, but when I checked in, I had to make an appointment for 2…read moredays later. One of the women in the lab said to disregard that and to just come on in. Then, there seemed to be a whole lot of confusion about how to read the order and a lot of back and forth between the two lab techs to the point that I thought maybe I should leave. The younger one took over and did a blood draw. Now it's been over 24 hours and the results have not been sent to my PCP. Seems pretty disorganized. I will search out another lab in the future.
