She is so slow, checking on everyone's insurance information, asking for money up front; activities which should be done prior or after blood draw. People were waiting in line for lab draw for hours but she was moving like a snail and she had no concern about that. Her main goal was to ensure payment from everyone whereas everyone is coming with a Doctor referral and of course they have insurance. She should not be dealing with patients during check-in which should be a faster process.

Then I checked the other urgent care locations and saw they were at least the same price. They do tend to prescribe medication more often here than other places, but when I've expressed concern with a specific Rx I had issues with, they were quick to find an alternative. The biggest reason I love this place is the time it takes. I'm usually out the door in less than 15 minutes (with an appointment). That includes greeting reception, getting vitals from an assistant, answering questions about why I'm there, talking to the doc, and leaving with my visit summary. I don't come here when I'm feeling well - I want to be back home, wrapped in a blanket, hopefully with some antibiotics or medication to make my plague less miserable.
