Once I managed to secure my appointment, it was easy. It's not a drive up, you have to park, walk outside, check in and get a self swab! But, appointment only. They were turning away people that showed up without appointments! Like I said, the hardest part was getting an appointment. My time here took less than 5 minutes after I got out of my car including check in, getting the swab, doing the self swab, handing it back and walking out. Super easy and convenient! And none of the spots are a very far walk from the door. There are plenty of handicap spots and a few spots reserved just for the pharmacy. I am disappointed that all dermatology moved from here to the Everett building. I used to also come here to see my dermatologist. I like all the doctors that I have seen here. They don't run behind a lot. If they are running behind, there is a board that indicates that. I feel well taken care of here. There are a lot of people on the first floor to help you. There is usually someone at a desk near the self check in and there are also people you can talk to that have computers to access your info. There is never a long wait time to talk to them.
