Once I managed to secure my appointment, it was easy. It's not a drive up, you have to park, walk outside, check in and get a self swab! But, appointment only. They were turning away people that showed up without appointments! Like I said, the hardest part was getting an appointment. And none of the spots are a very far walk from the door. There are plenty of handicap spots and a few spots reserved just for the pharmacy. I am disappointed that all dermatology moved from here to the Everett building. I used to also come here to see my dermatologist. I like all the doctors that I have seen here. They don't run behind a lot. If they are running behind, there is a board that indicates that. I feel well taken care of here. There are a lot of people on the first floor to help you. There is usually someone at a desk near the self check in and there are also people you can talk to that have computers to access your info. There is never a long wait time to talk to them.
