The waiting area was packed in like sardines, and since I never received the text notification the office says they send when it's your turn, I couldn't wait in my car like their system suggests. Instead, I had to stay inside a crowded waiting room and keep checking to make sure I didn't miss my name being called. The front desk has no clue what they're doing. I will never go there again .. expect to wait here the whole system was disorganized and wasted a lot of time sitting in an unhealthy crowded small room.

She was petrified, the two ladies who were there…read moreapproached her with ease, explained every step of what they were doing and then, when it came time, they were so gentle and kind with her. My little one eventually calmed down when she realized there was no pain, but the ladies were AMAZING! There was no wait as we came as a walk in, but more importantly, the staff treated my daughter like a rock star and I could not be more thankful for how our experience was. She got to pick out a bandaid, got some stickers, and left the office raving about how great getting her blood taken was. (I on the other hand was still a mess) You won't get a bad remark from me after today!

Breast Biopsies: First, it took a few months to actually get this scheduled, not with them as a whole, not at all, they were fantastic.. but with my Insurance. Anyway, made my appointment and the long and short of it is, the staff, especially my nurse who held my hand, wiped my brow and talked me through the pain, because it hurts a lot, gave me water and helped me remain calm and breath. She is an absolute angel & if hadn't been for her, I don't think I could have managed, my biopsy's were 1 day 8:30a-12:30p, that's a long time....and Like I said b4- do not let the fear and the it can't happen to me---dissuade you from taking care of yourself, I put it off for far toooooo long. I highly recommend this location for medical care. I see that others have not had the same positive experiences or desired outcome, but I can only speak for myself and my experiences, which have been positive and exemplary.

However, after reading all the terrible reviews, I think I dodged a bullet. Good riddance!
