Michelle provided great professional service, answered any of my questions/concerns about the test, and made me feel at ease with her professional care. I would recommend this facility for any type of lab tests as the staff seem friendly and engaged with there patients.

She used a huge needle that she said was the smallest one they had. This was not true, because she made me go to a different phlebotomist and, lo and behold, that phlebotomist had the right equipment and the tubing with a scalp/butterfly needle. If I can avoid the lab in the future, I will. It doesn't cost any extra to be kind to others and to listen. If one is having a difficult day, don't take it out on the patient.
