Choosing Cook's Radon, was the easiest decision we have had to make in the multiple phases of a massive remodel / renovation on our new home (built 2002). The solution offered by Cook's Radon was thoughtfully geared toward what was best for our individual situation, safest, least intrusive, and also considered aesthetics, too, when it came to the exterior venting and motor location, and we genuinely appreciate that. I asked for a refund for the mold inspection, but instead of taking responsibility, they brushed it off--claiming the mold could've developed later and that they weren't responsible because it was a "free service" done through another company. That's misleading, since every paid inspection package includes this "free" mold check and costs more because of it. They also failed to mention the 125-day mold warranty until I brought it up myself. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds matters--and Champia showed zero accountability.
