I would look for another location. The woman at the front desk and intake was extremely rude and actually kind of mean. She mumbled instructions at me as if I were a regular patient who knew where everything was. I had to ask her to repeat herself over and over. She kept telling me my doctor was wrong and that she bets I fail my test and have to come back and not to listen to my doctor! Needless to say, I will find another location next time. read more

The absolute worst. Severely understaffed and inexperienced. My 4 year old needed lab work. We scheduled an appointment and were made to wait an hour. You would think that since we scheduled a pediatric visit and had to give her birth date that special accommodations would have been made for a child so young. Nope. Once we were finally taken back, the technician proceeded to blow the vein. So now we have a traumatized 4 year old who has to go through the procedure again on the other arm and a massive bruise on the blown arm. read more

Wow, this place has some brutal reviews. While I can't say this is place is on my top spots for visitors, it's really not an awful place to get blood drawn. The waiting room is bright and clean, and I've never really waited more than 10 minutes. The staff can be brusque, but I appreciate that they're trying to get everyone in and out quickly. I do recommend making an appointment before hand, as they take those people first. read more

Worst place to draw blood ever! I took my 13 months old there to draw blood for lead test, the man there didn't show any attention or even looked at us and another woman came in and helped and both of them were like robots didn't show any care or try to comfort him when my son was crying badly, at last they couldn't take any blood. Is there a way to give less than 1 star. I just was billed $600 because my insurance number was off by some numbers. The check in process did not work on the computer so it had to have been the secretary who input my insurance incorrectly. I normally believe everyone makes mistakes especially when inputting such tedious numbers but this secretary definitely was trying to give me trouble. From the start I was met with such attitude that ended with her not even telling me where I should go to get my labs collected. She did not confirm any of my information with me to make sure it was correct and I was left confused and unsure if I had completely everything I needed to so my doctor would get the results. It's a huge shame since all of the lab technicians were incredibly hard workers who you could tell enjoyed working with the people who came in for their lab services. I will not be returning to this location and suggest you don't as well until they get a new secretary. As a health care provider myself I have never seen such gross misconduct and utter lack of respect for an individual at a health care organization. And once I got my incorrect bill based on her bad judgement, I knew I needed to say something. read more

I will not be going back to this place. The facility is very nice and it's clean, but the staff is just plain ignorant. I made an appointment and didn't wait all that long. The front desk girl has no manners and is unprofessional. If you're going to be working in a medical setting, you should at least be somewhat considerate to the people you're dealing with, especially when they haven't had anything to eat before the blood-work and aren't feeling too good. I agree with the review below that states that they treat the patients like cattle; all they did was bark at me as to what to do next...and when my blood-work was finished she just rudely said, "okay, you're done" and walked out. I'll stick with Quest Diagnostics; never had a problem with their staff. read more

The workers are so inconsiderate. I sat here for 45 minutes and literally had to wait for all of the staff members to finish eating. There was only one person working while everyone else was enjoying their pizza. Mind you, I had to get blood work done and it was fasted so i was hungry!! read more

They did not greet me when I walked in, even with an appointment I had to wait 50 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. The woman at the front desk said it was because its Election Day so that's why everyone is off, oh so that excuses the fact to not be professional. A worker came out WEARING her gloves to get a drink of water which I'm sure she went on to work with a patient with the same gloves. They are so incredibly rude and unprofessional. For Kings Highway Location in Cherry Hill....The worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. The people that work here are unprofessional and snotty. They obviously hate their jobs and take it out on the people that they service. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was very angry for some reason and I left the facility with blood running down my arm. She refused to re bandage the puncture site when I returned to the facility and also refused to take the old bandage from my hand even though she was wearing gloves. Disgusting and unprofessional. I will be going to Quest from here on. read more

I had the worse medical experience of my 30 years here. The receptionist was more than rude even calling the only man waiting "Jan" and when he asked did you mean "Jim?" very kindly, she responded "I don't know, I don't pay attention to who walks in that door" right in front of the entire waiting room. Must be a REAL difficult job. The next girl who took my information was short with me, rude and never looked me in the eyes, mumbling as she attempted to give me information. The girl who took my sample rolled her eyes at me and was huffin' and puffin' the whole time as if my very existence was an annoyance to her- to do the one job that she is paid for. Same as the other two, very short, very rude, didn't make eye contact with me once. She yelled at me through the door like I was a child and then slammed some paper work down in front of me and walked away. I asked if I was done and she was short and rude again giving me, what I found out the next day, was completely wrong information. Do NOT go to this location. From walk in to walk out I was treated as if I wasn't a human being. read more

The woman drawing the blood told me to "stick my arm straight out" even though she was standing directly in front of it, thereby making that impossible. I told her (with a smile) that if I stretched my arm straight out it was land in her stomach, trying to make light of the fact that she would need to move to the side if she wanted my arm stretched our straight. She didn't move and I had to hold my arm at an angle, which is clearly not the way it is supposed to be done. After the bleeding stopped I had a black and blue mark on my arm that is still there. With a short sleeve shirt on I looked like a junkie. The only thing this woman needs to know how to do in order to do her job correctly is how to give a needle and she couldn't even do that right. Clearly no one at Labcorp reads these reviews and they have zero internal quality control. The front desk person made me wait about 10 minutes to check in even though no one was ahead of me. I had to wait until the receptionist was finished with her personal phone call. It appeared that no one was in charge and both the receptionist/in-take person and the person drawing the blood were unsupervised and they just stayed out of each others way, while both turning a blind eye to the misdeeds and/or incompetence of one another.
