I'm talking about Zac, Vanessa & Elizabeth. They are not only gentle with the needle, allow use of the butterfly needle unlike the others, but are friendly, patient, sweet & easy to work with. Their kinder in a stressful pandemic situation than others were outside a pandemic. Unfortunately Zac is at another location now and Vanessa floats to different locations. Fortunately Elizabeth is still there... for now. The location is good about Covid safety. They are now by appointment only so you're in the office with no more than 1 other person. You only walk in once you get the text to go in after you check in on your phone. They check your temp when you walk in, not that that helps asymptomatic cases, but they can only do what they can. They have Purell hand sanitizers, not the cheap dollar store Assured brand a doctors office had that was FDA recalled for methanol! So glad I slathered that baby on all over :/

I've used New Century Labs multiple times over the last couple of years. So far I've been very…read morepleased with the service I receive. I for one, believe that the patient should have the right to participate in their own care. During this pandemic I'd rather not go to a doctors office full of sick people to get orders for a routine lab test. I have had low platelet counts in the past and had a radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer as well. Both of these conditions require that I have my blood checked periodically. Rather than schedule a doctor's appointment I can just get on their website, select the appropriate test and by the following morning I can print up my lab orders. The charges for their tests are very competitive with other online labs. They also partner with Quest Diagnostics in my tiny town so, I have a location for the blood draw within a mile of my house. Within a few days I receive an email and can download and print my results. If something is amiss THEN I can schedule a visit to my doctor to discuss treatment. Otherwise, I have peace of mind that my condition is holding steady. I will definitely continue to count on them as a valuable health resource.

I had already called ahead of my appointment time to make sure they had them, and they did. She then acted bent that she had to enter my orders in, which were faxed over a week ago. When I went up to ask her why my name disappeared from the waitlist, she wouldn't acknowledge me for over 2 minutes. As I waited 45 minutes to be called back, I witnessed her poor customer service to every single person coming to her window. If you can't be kind, maybe it's time to move on out of healthcare.

I believe he is related to the JSE Labs Owners. I wanted to warn people to avoid using Hunter for any testing or reporting. Our results were incomplete and incorrect and we have spent several thousand dollars to correct his work.

They quoted me me 2-3 days on the analysis (which was fine) but had something for me 24 hours later. Way to over-deliver! I also called them about how to best take samples and what they needed. As a residence owner, not a contractor, their help and reassurance was very valuable. Had 3 different samples tested and thankfully only 2 of them had asbestos in them. The kiosk check-in was easy. Natasha at the desk called me up within 5 minutes and quickly and kindly got me all checked in. Not a single worker at the front desk the entire time I spent in the waiting room (which was HOURS). Instead, there is a single kiosk that is supposed to do the jobs of their workers (or worker? I doubt there's more than one given the pace they move at). I tried calling before going in, as the website instructed me too, but no answer nor callback. Please go anywhere else than here, unless you plan on wasting your day away in the waiting room. Overall horrendous care. And Labcorp, do not apologize and respond with any "we will look into this to make your experience better" nonsense. That's been said already, yet here we are, still experiencing awful care at your hand. If you truly cared about your customers, you would have listened to the dozens of others complaining before me and actually have done something about it. I know I should have listened and stayed away.
