I for one, believe that the patient should have the right to participate in their own care. During this pandemic I'd rather not go to a doctors office full of sick people to get orders for a routine lab test. I have had low platelet counts in the past and had a radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer as well. Both of these conditions require that I have my blood checked periodically. Rather than schedule a doctor's appointment I can just get on their website, select the appropriate test and by the following morning I can print up my lab orders. The charges for their tests are very competitive with other online labs. They also partner with Quest Diagnostics in my tiny town so, I have a location for the blood draw within a mile of my house. Within a few days I receive an email and can download and print my results. If something is amiss THEN I can schedule a visit to my doctor to discuss treatment. Otherwise, I have peace of mind that my condition is holding steady. I will definitely continue to count on them as a valuable health resource.

I believe he is related to the JSE Labs Owners. I wanted to warn people to avoid using Hunter for any testing or reporting. However, later I had to go to another hospital for an ultrasound, and again the next day had to go to the ER for a CT scan, referral to a specialist and proper pain relief. So lesson learned, I should have gone straight to the ER and saved myself 3 trips. The benefit of coming here though was that I was able to get the symptom relief very quickly which would have taken hours in the ER until someone could see me. Everything was quick and efficient and I was treated kindly, just wish that they had more equipment and were able to administer stronger pain meds.

The woman on the phone explained what was needed and gave me recommendations on what to make sure was included and how to provide the samples. Dropping them off was a snap and my results arrived by email later in the day. I was a little worried about whether my samples would make it that day since there were a lot in the queue. A work invoice was sent by email after the results and was a quick and easy way to pay (through Quickbooks). There are several different turnaround windows you can opt for, the quickest is naturally the most expensive (~47$ at this writing). Same day samples have to be received by 2pm that day for processing.

Frank is wonderful, both in getting the blood drawn easily and painlessly, and also being a kind person that puts you at ease as you chat with him. They recently moved downstairs and have a few other people working there, all are equally as qualified and nice as Frank. Recently my 13 year old son needed his blood drawn for the first time. He was nervous and remembered my husband and I talking about how good Aim to Please was. He asked if we could bring him there, instead of the hospital lab near us which is stark and cold. While we have recently moved 40 minutes away from their office, we made the trek for this appointment and couldn't be happier.
