Rosemary checked me in, and my paperwork was quickly completed. No problem arriving later rather than earlier. Josh came out to the waiting room to get me at 2:25. He apologized for keeping me waiting, but I didn't mind. I enjoyed sipping on one of the complimentary water bottles while watching the flat screen tv on the wall. He took me into a room to store my things in a locker, and change into cotton pants and top. When I entered the room for my MRIs, Josh provided me with a warm blanket as I lay on the table. He also gave me earplugs to minimize the clunking sounds of the MRI. During the procedure he continued to be attentive, caring, and informative. At 3:15 we were done. I changed back into my street clothes, and walked to the parking garage - a short walk away - to drive home.

After having a very negative experience with trying to book a 3D ultrasound at another nearby…read morefacility in westchase, I decided to call Look Whos Kickin to see if I'd have any better luck here. When I called to inquire about availability, the owner Carlos answered all my questions over the phone. I didn't commit to booking an appointment during the first call but let him know I would call back to proceed later. 2 hours later he texted me to offer a "special" and see if I wanted to make an appointment for that evening or the upcoming saturday. He got me. I booked for that night but was not interested in the upgraded package special he was trying to promote. While their prices are competitive, it states on their website they will match competitors and he did (reluctantly) agree to match a basic package price of the first facility that I had tried to go to when i mentioned it. However he was being kind of pushy for me to get the upgraded longer package appointment he originally offered and said something like "my tech is driving a long way to come in just for you tonight, so I want to make it worth his time". Huh? Am I not the customer here? Isn't the customer supposed to be first priority rather than the employee? This left me a bit perplexed and scratching my head, but I went forward with it anyway. I arrived a few minutes early and the tech was ready for us to get started. I was really excited to see my little ones face in 3d action! The facility where the ultrasounds are done is really nothing more than a closet sized office, big enough for the expecting mom and a few guests. The room is kept dark and peaceful with nice relaxing music. The tech was friendly enough and made small talk along the way. I personally would have been more comfortable with a female sonographer, but that's just my personal preference. The whole experience was supposed to last about 15 minutes but he ended up taking 45 minutes which was a nice bonus. Part of the reason it took so long is he was having a hard time determining the gender. He ultimately "guessed" at the end but gave me a different answer than what my doctor already confirmed "for sure" 2 times at recent appointments so that was a bit concerning. Since he was simply guessing I'm going to disregard it and stick with what my doctor said but it still made me panic for a moment! Overall I enjoyed the experience for the most part and we were able to get some clear face photos, which was my main purpose of coming here. At the end I received a CD with 29 photos (both black/white 2D and 3d color photos), but my package was also supposed to include a handful of printouts. However the machine jammed up when printing and the tech tossed them out. He reprinted but only gave me 1 small photo and I had to print more myself at a local photo store. Would have appreciated a few more prints. Final verdict: While they could stand to improve in a few regards, they are one of the few "just for fun" 3D places in the area, so I would likely still recommend them to others.

Very user friendly operation if you're tech savvy. Almost everything is done online; no phone calls…read more or receptionists. They'll text you, send QRC's and you use a kiosk to check in. They're quick, usually pretty friendly and they do a very brisk business, as one would expect for a huge lab company. I've always gotten results in 24 hours or less. This place is on Belcher in a medical plaza just south of Sunset Point. It's kinda secluded and hidden from the road behind a row of big trees, so go slowly as you get near. Very barren, sterile waiting area, which no longer has a receptionist ever since the Rona came and went. Go to the kiosk, scan the QC code (they email it with a reminder), your ID, your insurance card. They'll also send texts and notifications to your phone if U enable them. As I said, if you're not tech savvy then you may be at a handicap. A lot of the older generation that comes here seems to get stumped at the kiosk, so bring your patience or just allow 'em to text you; EZ as anything that way!

All the cubicles and spaces well organized and clean to a fault; even the restroom was super clean, as one would hope for a place like this. Lobby was spacious and spartan, as are most Quest Diagnostic facilities I've ever used. If you don't know how to use computer based technology and the like, you'll be in trouble. Some of the older and simpler folks in there seemed puzzled, like they were looking at a Martian technical manual rather than a small touchscreen with simple instructions. Would I come here again? If I had to, yes, but there are plenty of Quest locations all over the Bay Area. Options are good when it comes to medical appointments; yes?

Perhaps someone new is running this location. I made an appointment the day before for 11:30 AM. About 10 minutes before my appointment I received a text that said press button once you arrive. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and pressed the button; it said please go in have a seat no further check-in is required. The room was very full and busy. I thought, great even though I have an appointment I'm sure I'll be waiting. Nope, about two minutes later my name was called. The person who greeted me was extremely professional, kind, patient and explained everything. They took me into one of the blood draw rooms where they confirmed my insurance. They asked me a few questions, told me exactly what they were going to do, and then within minutes, the blood was drawn. I was shown the stickers, signed something, and I was on my way. Literally a total of 15 minutes or less. Could not have been happier about the situation.
