It even scans your insurance card. I don't understand what the receptionist is for, because the kiosk does the whole registration :/ They called her in the room soon after the sign in. My daughter has developmental issues and needs a little extra care . The young lady( Cathy) was so good with her. She draw her blood and she barely knew it was happening. When you get on their site, you're referred to a phone number to make an appointment. When you call that number, you get a recording that says the number is not in service. However, they did not give me the script for the x-ray, so I had to wind up going back to the office to get the script for the chest x-ray , I don't understand why would end this facility because they do a lot of things wrong. I did arrive late and Ms. Brittany said no worries that I would be next. I was so happy because I didn't want to reschedule. When I arrived the office was warm and Ms. Brittany was very friendly. We had a couple of side bar conversations about the state of the world we live in. It was nice to just talk to someone. The process for the procedure was seamless. My paperwork was partial complete so it took me no time to finish. After waiting I was quickly seen by the technician. She was very personable and sweet. She explained the procedures and what I needed to do to get great images. During the process I fell asleep. She told me one of the images had to be done because I moved. I knew I had moved when I woke myself up. She redid it and within 5 minutes I was done. She then explained that a copy would be sent to MRCP and I asked for a copy. She did the copy of images literally in 3 minutes. By the time I came back from the restroom she was done. This was a easy experience and if I ever need an MRI I am most definitely coming here and you should too.
