Just like visiting the doctor, getting lab work done is a pain. You are greeted by machines (find one yourself) and it's your job to show the robot who you are (I.D), why you're there (prescription?), and who's paying (your insurance card(s)). DO NOT GO HERE - very bad service I had a standard test to perform. They messed it up twice! Even after I called the office after their first mistake, to explain exactly what I needed, they mismanaged the second test. I strongly recommend NOT using this facility, go to Quest or another location. read more

Horrible horrible experience. Not only were they rude and unfriendly. But once I had my blood taken. It wasn't until driving home 22 minutes that they called me to tell me they don't perform the test at this location. So they were rude to me and took my blood for nothing. The staff is outstanding but overloaded! The office is always packed with wait times exceeding 90 minutes. I have suggested to Labcorp leadership, open a location in Middletown NJ to off load the Hazlet and Little Silver locations but it's fallen on deaf ears. It seems they are more focused on their operating expenses rather than providing a good patient experience and also an improved working environment for their team. read more

NO ONE to help you, no receptionist just an automated sign in process. Staff are overworked and rude. Wait times are ridiculous and if they're going to make you wait that long they should at least tell you. They yell your name from the back, through a wall, when it's your turn! You can barely hear them. There was an old man having trouble with automated sign in and no staff member to help him- so I helped. They need to hire more people and make some effort to be helpful and polite. I wish there were an option for zero stars. read more

Zero stars ! Snottiest lady in reception , I asked to speak to manager n she stood up like she was gonna fight me n said IM the manager! I said well then give me your manger moron ! I go finally for the blood draw and Tracey the phlebotomist was a horrific nasty nightmare . Ii just found out in fact I have to go back bc the lunatic didn't collect my blood correctly . How could she , she was too busy being snotty to me as I was trying to lighten things up. I swear it was front reception girl whom said something about me n then her buddy Tracy treated me awful. This was my first time coming to this location. The wait was very long but when I got inside LabCorp it seemed to be very short staffed. The phlebotomist named Tracy G drew my blood without a problem. Tracy G was very kind and efficient. Definitely will be coming back. read more

I wish I had ANYTHING good to say about this location. But I DON'T I created this account because of the such poor service from this facility. From wait times of over an hour (in what seemed to be an empty office), being left on hold for well over 2 hours and the inability to get paperwork other then by FAX? I recently had a horrific experience with the staff at Lapcorp in Little Silver. Three different technicians attempted to take blood from my 1 year old daughter - each of them being extremely rude and not sharing any information with me, as her mother during the process. They would leave the room without saying a word and be gone for 10 minutes with no update. The third woman came from another room and started touching the needle and my daughter without changing her gloves. When my mother asked her to change her gloves, she responded rudely and asked her to wait outside. After 40+ minutes and being extremely rough with my daughter, we went home without getting any bloodwork taken. Absolutely horrific experience and the staff should be ashamed at how they treat their all of their patients, let alone those who are under 1 years old. Also for what it's worth, my daughter was sitting very still, laughing and smiling so she can't be blamed for the incompetence and rudeness of the staff. They said she had small veins; which very well may be true, and if they would have shown one ounce of empathy or kindness, I wouldn't be writing this review. If you need to get your children's bloodwork done I urge you to book your appointment elsewhere to ensure you don't go through the trauma me and my daughter had to. read more

I have had both routine annual blood draws, as well as thyroid annual tests, so I use this lab at least twice per year. I recommend going on line to schedule testing because it's much more efficient. The lab staff takes appointments first. Very efficient way of doing business. Technicians are good at their job. Recommend you also drink a lot of water before a blood draw. It makes it easier for the tech to draw when you are fully hydrated. read more

TERRIBLE. Waited one hour before asking where we were on the wait list, which followed with them taking another few minutes to FIND our file making it seem as though it were lost to begin with. HORRIBLE SERVICE! No communication from staff... half the kiosks don't work! No cups for the water cooler. An unprofessional mess!!!

I waited one and a half hours there this morning. at Little Silver location. Place was packed. I know you can make an appointment but there a very few available unless you plan weeks ahead. The system of allowing those with appointments to go first seems to create a logjam. Phlebotomist was fine... no complaints with him. The wait seemed excessive to me.
