Easy check in process. They actually text you a link to check in.

I had a pretty good experience here. Although they take walk-ins, I made an appointment online for a shorter wait. Prior to your appointment, they'll text/email you a link to check in. The waiting room can get packed so you can wait outside or in your car until they call/text you when they're ready to see you. I probably only waited about 15-20 minutes. They will ask for the order your doctor placed and may ask for your medical card. The staff were all nice and made me feel at ease. They drew my blood pretty quickly and I was out in less than 10 minutes. The results were sent to my doctor's office within a couple of days. This is one of the few Labcorps in the area that's open on Saturdays so I would definitely come back if I needed to on a weekend.

This is the line at 8am. I highly suspect this is due to how difficult it is to make an appointment (weeks in advance). Sigh.

Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen needed blood work done. Made the appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early. Was told to wait. This is a very busy place. They move! The receptionist today was not friendly nor helpful. Once inside? The doctors, nurses, and staff were super friendly and helpful! The end.

Wow, the first time ever for lapcorp to be closed. Yesterday there was another location closed also.

My experience has always been a good one at this location. We all know when it comes to our labs we tend to dread them. Labcorp runs efficiently from the moment they open, to our lab tech to draw our blood. Ever staff member I run into to handles all us patients with care even tho they are so incredibly busy. This morning the wait to be seen by a technician was 1 hour not bad.

This is always my go to location to get blood out. I have really small veins, so it's always…read moretricky. Lately I've been having the same person, Nelson, take my blood. I'm here to talk about the two most recent times I've had Nelson. I came here after a really bad flare where I couldn't eat for 5 days and couldn't drink much for 5 days due to the flare pain. After getting out of the hospital my doctor sent me here for more tests. So that just made it even harder to find a vein. Nelson got it on the second try.(he did have to try both my arms) He's always been really helpful and if you're a chicken when it comes to needles like I am, he's great at making you feel comfortable I also had Nelson do my pre op bloodwork. I was in the hospital a few nights prior and then had to come here. I showed him the only area they could get blood out of (showed him where my Iv was in the hospital) It didn't hurt, So I told him to try there. He told me to take a deep breath In and I was waiting to feel the needle to exhale, but I didn't even feel it. He was already taking blood out. This was literally 100 percent painless. If you have a hard time getting blood out, ASK for Nelson!! My veins are extremely small and he is amazing. Nelson always makes it pain FREE. And my veins are always hard to find since I'm always so dehydrated from the pain not being able to drink enough fluids and keep it down The only thing I hate is how I have to upload my ID and insurance card every single time vs them just keeping it on file But making an appointment is a breeze. I highly recommend it. Sometimes it can be extremely busy here. They do have limited handicap spots up front which fill up fast. Other wise there's other parking on site but you do have to walk (not super far) They always make it easy to look up my results. I get an email saying my results are ready, I sign in and boom! Everything is there There's a lot of chairs to sit in while waiting for your appointment. There's also chairs outside the waiting room in the hallway which is where I usually sit Things can get wild in the waiting room. There's so many rude people asking when their turn is (make an appointment! They are always on schedule) Good luck to everyone!! And Nelson is a godsend

I checked in using the check in link that was texted to me and I was called in within a minute. I forgot my phlebotomist tech's name, but she was extremely thorough, professional, and the smoothest needle stick I have ever experienced! I was in and out within 15 minutes. I get blood work done often, I'm looking forward to future visits at this Quest!

WOW I've been pretty impressed with their intake process which is actually using 21st-century…read moretechnology!!!!! TB, Physical, and LiveScan were quick and to the point ONLY ONLY ONLY IF you were given this option during your On-boarding process for whatever job you just took. BUSINESS THOUGHTS: I would say/guess their business model is based of referrals which is a good 90% of their business model. So be warned, walk-ins ARE WELCOMED, BUT your service won't be as quick and or streamlined (From what I witnessed when I was there in the waiting room) So I would suggest ANYTHING informational for individual walk in services. (Like a basic tri-fold pamphlet of services offered). -------------------- On a completely different note, they would have gotten 5Stars if their furniture had at least 1 more colorother than WHITE...So PLUS A littlebit more, mainly because of its reusable uniqueness How could one not LOVE modular office, "furniture" which are LITERALLY giant Legos :-)
