I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and taken cared of in the best way by my phlebotomist. I didn't get his name but he did so well with keeping me calm. I'm not afraid of needles but blood does make me a little anxious. The flow was quick and process was easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location especially for those who care about customer service and great care.

First, let me say this place was amazingly clean, and even had refreshments in waiting area. The young lady at the counter was friendly and professional. You hand them your ID and health insurance card... and the rest is done on your phone.. so easy!!! I don't feel the wait was very long, especially for a weekend at an urgent care. I was seen rather quickly and my entire visit, including X-rays, results, medications and paperwork was just over an hour. I think I take longer at my regular doctor sometimes!!! I'm here to talk about the two most recent times I've had Nelson. I came here after a really bad flare where I couldn't eat for 5 days and couldn't drink much for 5 days due to the flare pain. After getting out of the hospital my doctor sent me here for more tests. So that just made it even harder to find a vein. Nelson got it on the second try.(he did have to try both my arms) He's always been really helpful and if you're a chicken when it comes to needles like I am, he's great at making you feel comfortable I also had Nelson do my pre op bloodwork. I was in the hospital a few nights prior and then had to come here. I showed him the only area they could get blood out of (showed him where my Iv was in the hospital) It didn't hurt, So I told him to try there. He told me to take a deep breath In and I was waiting to feel the needle to exhale, but I didn't even feel it. He was already taking blood out. This was literally 100 percent painless. If you have a hard time getting blood out, ASK for Nelson!! My veins are extremely small and he is amazing. Nelson always makes it pain FREE. And my veins are always hard to find since I'm always so dehydrated from the pain not being able to drink enough fluids and keep it down The only thing I hate is how I have to upload my ID and insurance card every single time vs them just keeping it on file But making an appointment is a breeze. I highly recommend it. Sometimes it can be extremely busy here. They do have limited handicap spots up front which fill up fast. Other wise there's other parking on site but you do have to walk (not super far) They always make it easy to look up my results. I get an email saying my results are ready, I sign in and boom! Everything is there There's a lot of chairs to sit in while waiting for your appointment. There's also chairs outside the waiting room in the hallway which is where I usually sit Things can get wild in the waiting room. Like most of us, my wife does not enjoy getting blood drawn, but she said the staff was courteous and competent. Tip: My wife had a 10am appointment, we arrived around 9:40, it was very busy with many people waiting. She was called at 9:50 so appointment really helped. Parking: paid lot but we were able to find 2-hour street parking next to the Thrift store across the street at 9:30am on a Monday.

Hopefully, he's there." To my surprise, Wendy greeted me after I did a mobile check in, inside my car, which might I add is very convenient. The earliest it allowed me to check in was 10 mins prior to our appointment. It instructed me to go into the center and Wendy immediately brought me and my 8 year old son back. Wendy was very nice, patient, and did a great job when drawing my son's blood, poked him once on his right antecubital and drew the blood right away. My son said it felt like a "sting" but that was it. He was nervous beforehand but didn't cry and was even able to look at the needle in his arm and the 2 vials while it was filling with his blood. Needed the blood draw for allergy tests. Quick, simple and easy.
