Worst company Ever! They resort you to self check in then don't call on you for over an hour- say your order for blood work isn't correct - instead in the original way where you walk to the counter and would know instantly- now they are about pitting patients LAST! I sat for two hours before the lady finally called me to check me in and then she informed me it was a am test- we could've figured that out a lot sooner- waste of time space money and resources! Bring back face to face initial contact instead of wasting everyone's time! This company is THE WORST! Request to have all blood work done by your doctor and NOT LABCORP read more

Absolutely not acceptable. I made an appointment in advance and had my paperwork. I signed in online and then confirmed at the little kiosk only for it to appear that I still wasn't checked in. I arrived about 35 minutes early for my appointment because I had been fasting all day and afternoon. I was starving so hoping to be maybe a few minutes. After waiting an hour after I signed in, I was called up to the desk for my orders only to be told to sit back down and wait some more. Apparently this is typical for this location. read more

I had blood work done here and I was very satisfied with the customer service, the short waiting time and the excellent skills of the young lady taking my blood. The Red Cross folks typically struggle to find my vein, but the young lady at LabCorp found it immediately and there was absolutely no pain whatsoever. I had an appointment that was adhered to by the facility even though they were very busy at the time. read more

Making an appointment is definitely the best way to go. They are efficient at getting you in and out faster than most.

Came to get employee wellness visit for which Labcorp has the contract. Yesterday, they sent me home and wouldn't see me. Our HR department tried reaching out to the corporate office without luck. Went back again the next day. Already they flagged my paperwork, so I told them to contact their corporate office and gave the contract name. Even after waiting for them to do whatever they did, the same lady who flagged my paperwork did the labs ordered, but there was no eye contact or apology for their misunderstanding and wasting my time the day before. Evidently, they are not up to date on servicing corporate contracts at this location. They need some training on customer service. read more

10:30 am appt. you walk in and there are at least 15-18 people waiting ahead of your appt. Only one tech who was doing paperwork and calling people back. Waiting room totally full and some of us waiting outside. Cancelled appt. How do you run a business like this? only one tech who is so backed up and no secretary to process paperwork or questions? Quest blood labs have their act together. Labcorp does not. This office was in Midlothian, VA location read more

I'm very happy with the cleanliness of the lab and the level of professionalism of the staff. This is the place to get tested for all types of tests that doctors, medical professionals and student clinical order tests from. You can make an appointment, but they also take walk-in, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sometimes you can get out within 5 minutes, but other times you can expect longer wait time. Needed some blood work done, signed in on the tablet. Wasnt able to pay the in person fee but there was an option to add it to the current bill, which I did. Around 10 other people come in after me signed in same way as me and were taken back almost instantly maybe a few minutes of a wait for them. The lady behind the counter had an attitude with almost everyone who asked her any questions or even came to sign in. Have no idea what her issues were but if you're coming here thinking you have something wrong with you wanting your blood tested to find out, and you're greeted with the ugliest attitude under the sun Youd feel alot worse. I do no recommend this place under any circumstances. I would rather get my blood tested at a McDonald's than deal with this place. read more

Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time for FASTING blood work (very unenjoyable). It appeared that the lab technicians themselves were also running patient intake/checkin. Everything seemed very rushed. The facility/lab also did not look clean and was very cluttered. read more

Maybe I was here on an off day? The floor was not clean. Period. We are in the middle of a pandemic and people were lined up, standing room only. I was not given the option to wait in my car and be called. Everyone signs in on the same machine. It was never cleaned and there was nothing made available to clean it between patients. When I quietly and politely asked about this, I was told that there was hand sanitizer at the front desk. The bottle was so empty that it was dry. I was then offered hand sanitizer from behind the desk. I took it and set it down. The receptionist took it back, indicating that it was her personal bottle that she was allowing me to use, and would refill the bottle taped to the front desk when she was less busy. A man came in with no mask and it was left to a patient to ask him to go get a mask. The phlebotomist was very nice and professional, but I wish I could give this place zero stars. Again, we are in the middle of a pandemic. read more
