ZERO STARS. Absolutely terrible experience. My doctor's office sent my lab orders directly to Labcorp. Three days later, Labcorp called me to schedule an appointment, explaining that it takes 48 hours for faxes to come through. Ok. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told they couldn't find my orders because they only keep faxes for 24 hours. So let me get this straight--you need 48 hours to receive a fax, 3 days to make an appt, but you only retain it for 24 hours? Make that make sense. The bald man working at the front desk refused to provide his name when I asked. He was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Rather than trying to help resolve the issue, he argued with me and offered no solution. If you're representing a healthcare company and interacting with patients, refusing to identify yourself while treating them disrespectfully is unacceptable. To make matters worse, this location has consistently been one of the worst places I've had blood drawn. Routine blood work shouldn't feel like you're a training dummy or a pincushion. I'd honestly rather pay out of pocket somewhere else than come back to this Labcorp. Giving credit where it is due. I've been to this Labcorp several times as scheduling to my regular Labcorp in Glendale can sometimes be a luck of the draw, fortunately every time Glendale is booked-up for the days I am free, this place has an opening , I have always made my appointment using the app and confirmed immediately. It makes a whole world of difference when you make an appointment. As someone still in recovery from a surgery and from Cancer, I need my labworks regularly, the tech's here have always been good to me and the procedure expedient. Thank goodness Labcorp's system is centralized so you can go to any Labcorp as long as your doctor have submitted the order to them, no need for the actual paperwork, not sure for employment though so please confirm with them but my PCP and Specialist sends their orders digitally with no issues. read more

I have never been treated worse by employees in my entire life :( The people at the front desk are rude and completely unhelpful. They won't even check you in, they have you use a kiosk that isn't even capable of scanning the code sent in the email. I had to type it all in manually even though I checked in advance through the link in the email. Could've been avoided had they just spoke to me and let me speak instead of just telling me to use the kiosk. I had an appointment and got there 10 minutes early, but they were 20 minutes behind so I had to pay for parking because it's only free for 30 minutes. The worst part was the man in the parking booth, who opened his window and stared at me as I held my ticket out. When he didn't grab it, didn't say anything, and stood there and stared at me, I was confused and asked if he needed the ticket. Then he shoved his hand out super aggressively, I gave him the ticket and he scoffed at me. Like you're a grown man, use your words? I'm sorry, it was just confusing when he stared at me and didn't speak any words to me when I already had my ticket out the window within his reach. Then he told me the price, which is already frustrating because if they weren't running so late I wouldn't have had to pay. I handed him the money and he slammed his window shut and that was it. I know he's a vile miserable, pathetic old man and I should let it go, but I'll never forget the way he treated me today :( Didn't catch his name because the only word he spoke to me was a dollar amount, but he was old, brown hair, and wore glasses. I have never left a bad review before, but he made me feel so terrible, I cried the whole way home. My experience at the Mission Hills location was awful. I had an appointment and checked in with the kiosk when I got there. The kiosk scanned my ID and benefit card. The man behind the desk called my name and asked for my ID and medical card. I gave it to him and he scanned it. I went back and waited. When they called me they told me to go to room #1. It was occupied. They bumped me to room #2. The attendant came in and asked for my ID and medical card again. She got upset when I told her it was the 3rd time they asked me fir the same info. She left and came back to tell me I had an outstanding balance and they cannot proceed until I settle the balance. I called billing and they hung up or we were "cut off" in the middle of the call. In the end I wound up leaving without getting my blood work done. Attendees need more help or training. read more

I did not expect to need to write this review but this place was absolutely terrible. The only pleasant part was the self check in. I arrived early for my appointment at 12:45 and waited about 10 minutes before I was seen. All was well until the phlebotomist who was drawing my blood called me over. Before I could even say anything or take a seat the person who was drawing my blood had strapped my arm and as I was about to take a seat I caught a glimpse of the needle about to enter my arm BEFORE I SAT DOWN. I was still moving and she was inches away from my arm ready to insert the needle without ANY warning. She didn't even SANITIZE my arm before putting the needle in! I was about to ask her if she could use a smaller needle because I get really bad anxiety getting blood drawn. I was met with an attitude for inconveniencing her with so many blood tests that had to be done that she couldn't possibly use a smaller needle. She had no empathy or human compassion and treated me as an inconvenience for needing a blood test. I had a huge bruise on my arm where she drew my blood because she was so rough with me. After she drew my blood, I needed to give a urine sample. Apparently PEOPLE who are GETTING LAB WORK done have LOWER PRIORITY and aren't allowed to use the restroom inside the clinic because they aren't getting a drug test. I was told to go to the receptionist and ask for a key. Even the receptionist was taken aback when I asked for the key because the phlebotomist hadn't given me the key to the restroom. She instructed me to go OUT INTO THE HALLWAY to use the restroom. I had to go out into the hallway use the restroom and come back HOLDING MY PEE CUP In front of all the people in the hallway and people waiting to be seen with no instruction on what to do after. I had to look around and wait for the receptionist to tell me what to do. Never coming here again and I don't recommend anyone to come here at all. After that was done we literally waited for no more than 5 minutes before getting called back. Angie was AMAZING! She was very nice to my kiddos as well. Definitely recommend her! New people began to walk in. Seeing that they may have missed me. I asked the lady behind the counter to check on my service. I don't know if they forgot about me or if the paperwork didn't get to the tech? The tech ornelas or something like that began raising her voice to the counter lady. "He needs to wait! He needs to be patient" "I'll get to him when I do" this was shocking to me as I was just asking my status and being that I have waited an hour and new clients walking in are being helped within 10-15 min. After a her taking in a few more clients. I was convinced she was punishing me for asking the status and I was not even sure when or if I was going to get my service done. I asked for my ID and left. The low ratings on this location are true and even though I saw them I still gave the a chance. This is the 1st and last time I go to this place. Got to my appointment 15min before, checked in, the girls at the front called me up to take my insurance information (not friendly staff but are competent to do their job), sat back and waited about 15 mins. to be called and this is with an appointment. Then I heard a name similar to mine and since no one got up I went to go check with the phlebotomyist. When I approached her station I asked her if she was trying to call my name and kept saying the wrong name, I pointed out what the correct name is on the sheet and after I repeated the correct name several times she continued to call me a different name and didn't bother to acknowledge what i was saying or apologized for her mistake. She just told me to sit down, remove my jacket, and then next thing you know the needle was in my arm. Then she walked in front of the computer, printed the labels, extended her hand with her back turned to me, and with a tone only asked if the name was correct. I asked if I was done, and the only thing she said with an attitude "yes you can leave". WTH??!! I went there to get my lab work done not to get attitude or bad service from anyone. I have gotten my blood drawn plenty of times and it has never hurt like this. Whoever drew my blood clearly wasn't a good poke. I have had minor, very small, not so painful bruises in my previous blood draws. But this is one huge bruise it looks like I have been attacked by a vampire. Also, it hurts like a bitch. Staff including whoever checks people in (receptionist?) are all very rude and cranky. Also when I went there was a homeless man pacing back and forth right next to where people are getting their blood drawn. Sketchy people, sketchy service, sketchy place. Who lets homeless just freely roam around a medical office? Beyond sketchy and unsafe. LabCorp is an evil company they only want money they do not care about patients. This has to be the worst customer service by a technician ever (P.C.) Tone, body language and disposition, spoke volumes! This employee surely does not enjoy his line of work let alone can't control his emotions. He asked then insisted and finally demanded within seconds of each request. If he could he would janked my arm off! But, of course he never took the time to ask any questions (as if I was able to do as he requested) he immediately assumed and this is why I will not recommend anyone, especially an elderly person to go to this lab! Lobby is over capacity, standing room only, no parking validation and no paper towels in the dirty bathroom, where you are required to use to drop off specimens. LabCorp has the worst online system, I've had problems with it in the past and I'll be requesting my doctor to use a different service, they really need to get their act together. I came here for an employment drug screening. The drug screening times are only from 10:30am-1:30pm, and I arrived promptly at 10:30am. I definitely recommend arriving early as well, as there is a wait due to COVID-19. Try to arrive before 11am to guarantee that you'll be able to get tested in time. They can only let in so many people in at a time, so the rest of us had to stand and wait in the hallway. I had to wait for about an hour before I was let into their office. There is parking available but it's paid parking. $1 for every 30 minutes. I noticed there was also street parking available in front, so try finding street parking as you might be there for awhile. Once I was in the office, check-in was a breeze as well as the entire process for the drug screening. If you can schedule an appointment, definitely do it as you won't have to wait. read more

I'm glad I didn't base my decision of going to this location based on the negative reviews. My employer requires a yearly biometric screening so I chose this location. I made an appointment for 9:00 AM and arrived at 8:28 AM. By 9:01 AM I was already in my car exiting the parking garage. Front desk receptionist is very nice and attentive. Easy check in process through machine (make sure to take your ID/DL and any paperwork). I was called in right away and the male who did the biometric screening paperwork was very nice as well. Location also super clean and lots of parking (just fyi $1 for each 30 mins, $10 max unsure if they validate as I paid the $1). Would also like to add that I had blood drawn and it was quick and painless! This is coming from a person afraid of needles and turns the other way. Lol Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience and definitely will return to this same location for next year's screening. Thank you, Labcorp! read more
