First time I had to wait ten or fifteen minutes while listening to the receptionist yap on and on, first to some woman I think was janitorial and then to a family member or friend on the phone. Nonstop yappitude. Second time I brought a book with me and wouldn't you know, I got taken right in. Had the same guy draw my blood both times, friendly, good at his job. No pain even though the first time he took like seven vials. This time it was just one vial, and the doctor had the results the next day. Hot damn! I approve, good sir.

I'm always feeling very comfortable and at ease with them as they're explaining what's being done! What I like about this place as this is open at 7AM which gives me plenty of time to find adequate parking out on the streets before everything else in that building even opens up for the day! And even when the streets are filled with parked cars along the curb, parking in the pay parking area is still dirt cheap! $2 per hour! Can't beat it! I highly recommend going to this laboratory to have your blood work needs done! I wouldn't trade this for anything! I recall my former physician attempting to talk me into having my blood work done elsewhere, but I was adamant about continuing to go to this one here just because she happened to experience bruising from one of her own veins there, but as I mentioned earlier, I never experienced any issues with the lab or anything! Bring your primary and secondary insurance card (if applicable), place it Face Down in the convenient card holder to the right of check in screen. 4. Sit down and watch the tv screen where your name will appear in queue. 5. Be patient, yes, with Covid/short staffing/requirements for so much more testing before procedures - etc... they will likely be running late. The most I've ever experienced was 30 minutes. 6. Do Not expect a human being/receptionist to be assigned to the front desk. That ship has sailed. They don't have the manpower for that luxury. Hence, return to Step Number One. Once the tech escorts you inside, they are efficient, have expertise in drawing blood so it doesn't hurt/leave a bruise, and you're on your way! Never had any problem with receiving the results as well. It is located on the bottom floor in the first of three identical medical buildings next to Fashion Island. Parking can be a challenge midday so I recommend appointments be made early or late in the day. Plenty of handicap parking scattered throughout parking lot if needed.
