Another patient said she signed in 40 minutes earlier. The Tech said something was wrong, to come on in. after that, no workers came to the door for anyone in over 40 minutes!!! you do not have contact with anyone there. the Door window is all taped up with paper & locked. you just sit in a room in front, and hope someone will come out of the Back to help you. Customer Service does not exist at this office, there are no people to talk to & nobody to help you here. so i made an appointment for the end of the month. I along with 2 other waiting patients Left.

As I was starting a new job, I needed to have blood work sent to the HR Department. The entire…read moreprocess was easy and logical. I made my appointment on their website and was looking for early hours, I was able to find one at 8 am. I got there at 7:55 before my 8 am appointment and went to the kiosk where I provided my ID and insurance info. Less than 2 minutes later, a very friendly employee came out, greeted me and walked me back to the room where I would be having my blood drawn. I handed her my paperwork from my employer, and she processed everything, drew my blood, and I was out of there in 15 minutes. The technician who drew my blood was an expert and it did not hurt at all. She found my vein quickly, drew two viles of blood, and bandaged me up. A fantastic well run organization. The only thing that would make it an A+ operation is better signage, it is a two level elevator building with over 50 businesses in it, from investment bankers to accountants. It did take me over 7 minutes to find its location.
