In the past, my husband had used this business to do water tests on our well water. He was pleased…read morewith the results and we thought we would try again as it had been years and we wanted to test the water again for general quality. We called together and were transferred to a man who seemed to be the office expert. He told us that we could run the water for 10 minutes and fill two poland springs bottles with water and bring them for testing. I walked in with the water and there was one gentleman in the office. I told him I wanted to test our well water and presented the poland springs bottles. Here's where things started to get frustrating. He asked what we wanted to test them for- noting that since my bottles were not sanitized the only thing he could test the water for was lead. He was abrasive and rude- didn't offer any solutions and felt overall chauvinist to me. I had to ask repeated questions to get him to give me that paper that told me the factors that people generally test their water for. I told him we had called and he -or someone- had suggested the poland spring water bottle method. He suggested I call my husband. It took me what felt like another two minutes to get the sanitized bottles from him- that he could have just mentioned initially. The whole encounter was demeaning, and completely avoidable if he had just respectfully told me what people usually do and what the next steps might be. Instead he chose to belittle and berate me for not doing it right. Needless to say I will not be going back here.

They set up an appointment with Ellie Nam, who I thought was a doctor and later find out she was a physician assistant. The day of the appointment she looked at me and told me she could not treat me, she said I had Milia and she could not do anything to treat it, I should see an esthetician. About 3 months later I received a statement from my insurance company with a charge of $300.00 for services that were not provided, under the name of a doctor that I did not see. Why would a doctor assistant charge for $300.00 for services that were not provided? I google Milia and different websites recommend patients to see a dermatologist!
