They tried to cancel our appointment because we didn't reconfirm it. if I book an appointment it's booked. just charge me if I don't come. This is how literally every other medical office with whom I work does this. Also they have repeatedly provided receipts with none of the information you would need to claim it for FSA/HSA. It was super painful to try to get a real receipt. We've had to call them repeatedly to change our pharmacy for a prescription. Absolute incompetence.

She's very detailed in her examination and in the way she explains your condition and ultimately the treatment. She takes her time and talks to you like you are more than a patient. "Like Family".
