He didn't cry yesterday but sure did today after knowing what was going to happen. Despite how scared and strongly he resisted, Vicki and her coworker handled it wonderfully. Both veins wanted to give out and while one did, delicate adjustments and patience got just enough from both veins. My poor little doesn't have easy veins so to me this was a huge deal. Very grateful to both of the ladies who helped today and hopefully won't be back for a while but at least we know where to go next time. Thank you!

I can't imagine a doctor or NP being so callous with no compassion whatsoever for my issues . It's obvious it's all about making money moreso than actually helping people.
