She made the process so easy by chatting and laughing with me that I almost forgot I was getting my blood drawn. Probably the best experience I've had getting blood taken. I was pleasantly surprised by this Labcorp. I have been getting my blood drawn every six months for the past 6 years, and every time its been an event. Here I walked in at 9am on a Wednesday ready to spend the next hour waiting for a blood draw. You can imagine my surprise when I walked in and there was one other person waiting for his doctors to fax something over. I signed in at exactly 9, and I was in the clean and prepped room by 9:02. The phlebotomist was gentle and efficient, he found my vein within seconds and I was out of the door before 9:10. Overall everything was quick and painless. read more

Walked into Lab Corp at around 9:18 AM without an appointment and waited about 30 minutes to have my blood drawn. Once I was called into the back, the process was nice and simple. The lady was very kind and light-handed with the needle! I was out within two minutes. The place was pretty clean, but the location is a little difficult to locate since it's located behind the Red Lobster and there are multiple offices in the building. The office itself is pretty small and only has about 6-8 chairs, so I can definitely imagine this place getting pretty packed on busy days. Overall, I had a very positive experience with LabCorp. The lady behind the counter was nice and very skilled at drawing blood. If you come here, I'd definitely recommend making an appointment since there are only a few workers and it can get pretty backed up. read more

I've been here twice and have always scheduled my appointments around 8 o'clock in the morning. It hasn't been busy at all, maybe just a few people in there but never crowded. The people behind the desk are really nice and the people that have drawn my blood are nice and do their job well. The building is in the same lot as Red Lobster and is on the second floor. OK, the only reason I can't give a 5 star rating is nobody likes shots or needles, so how can you say "as good as it gets"? .... BUT this location was a good as it has ever been when needing to get bloodwork done. And I have had enough to be a qualified expert on the matter. Dives? I've been there. Waiting for over an hour? Yep. Newbies who have to drill into my arm to find my vein? Check. So the Aborn location was a dream visit. First: kept up very well, clean, bright, friendly. Next: NO line. (= no wait). And best for last ... the technician who took my blood was outstanding. Very nice, efficient, and it was the best blood draw ever. (Meaning didn't hurt, didn't feel it, no bruising). If you are in the situation where you have a choice where to go - I'd recommend here. read more

I have been going here for years .I now make an appointment, as I have blood tests 2 x a year.I am in and out in 15 mins or less.The staff is always friendly and very efficient.This time I lost my lab requisition and had to have it faxed to the lab the day before.Within 5 mins of my MD office faxing them I got a call from Lab Corp to say they got my orders. AVOID this lab!!! Really sketchy place!!! I was doubting if they are even legit when I came in this place. NOBODY LOOKS PROFESSIONAL!!! Especially the man who did the blood test, really RUDE. I asked him what would be tested for my blood sample, first time he refused to tell me, then second time he said he cannot tell me and I must ask my doctor. WTF?? The lab itself is really small, very run down, most importantly, doesn't feel clean!!! The front desk lady is not helpful either. After she took away the order from my doctor, she was really reluctant to give me a copy. I had to ask her 3 times to just get a copy of my lab order! This lab is also really SLOW. They don't give your results back until a week later. Guess what, they are super quick at billing though. I was told by the front dest lady I will not be charged for a regular blood test, and they still charged me! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If your doctor send you to this lab, tell your doctor NO and change your doctor too. read more

What's the point of having an appointment when you still have to wait behind the ones without. They said appointment do make a different but it truly does not. Expect to wait! They close for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30. There is a lack of staffs here and they are not the friendly one. They work slow. The office is cramped and the hallway from the elevator into the office is tight for walker and wheelchair. They have a checkin kiosk but it is not used so do bother to print out your appointment with the QR code. read more

Technician missed pulled gabbed again 3 times then finally got a slow flow. Then I jokingly said, "maybe we should have tried the other arm." She took it as an insult and snapped with... "What do you do for a living? Do you do what i do?" Really? If she hadn't missed and poked me 3 more times, I wouldn't have said anything. I love this place! I needed to get some blood work done and was looking for a place. All the quest diagnostic reviews were horrible. I made an appointment online and came to my appointment. The young gentleman who drew my blood was professional and quick. He explained what he was going to so. I was in and out literally in 10-15 minutes for a urine test and 4 vials of blood. Place is also clean!! Definitely recommend. read more

I have blood drawn every six months, sometimes more often and I have always made my appointment and I am pleased to say I am always treated nicely and with respect and always am taken in on time of my appointment. Insurance covers all, I never need to worry about paying at time of appointment. read more

The staffs are nice, but are too slow. They need to add more staff to process patients quicker. Quest Diagnose are more efficient, but my not in network with my current insurance. read more
