I was very pleased with the service from this office. I came in and was greeted nicely and asked to sign in at the kiosk which was very simple and fast. My technician ask if it's hard to take my blood and I said YES! After explaining that they need to use the smallest needle, I sat there waiting for the painful poking to start but, there was no pain. She stuck me once and I didn't even realize the needle was in my arm. Thank you for your professionalism ma'am. I hate going to have my blood drawn but you made my experience painless and pleasant. read more

Extremely long wait times, kiosk doesn't work properly so you have to manually input info, no cups for the water dispenser. Labcorp should be embarrassed. Desperately need more staff. Took in samples for testing and they did not test the 24hr sample and did not test for another ordered test. I have invalid results, now. They still billed for them, but they are useless. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Minnie was very nice, but the lab is not competent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Management was involved and doesn't really care to fix the issue. Beware of needing repeat tests and they will not remove their erroneous/false results. read more

Sign says open at 6:30. Line starts to form outside at 6:20. It's 52 degrees. Lady sitting at the desk is on the computer. 6:32 she gets up and turns the lights on and goes to the automated check in kiosks. She cannot make them work. 6:35 she calls another lady out and they both try to program the kiosks. 6:38 they both go back in the office and find paper to write "out of order" signs for the two kiosks. 6:40 one lady goes down the hall. The other lady opens the door. She has two sign in sheets and has the 10 people now in line to sign in and asks for driver's license's. Now have a seat. 5 minutes later called to the counter again for insurance confirmation and she requests script for lab work. Now go sit down and wait to be called by the other lady to draw blood. 2 minutes to take the blood sample.. It's now 7:00. I don't understand why this place insists on making senior citizens check in via the electronic kiosk! Every single senior who came in while I was here had problems. Meanwhile, two employees sat behind the counter and instructed them to use the kiosk. Those same employees had to come out and assist the clients. LabCorp, WAKE UP! Please know your clientele and appropriately assist them. Make the dumb kiosk optional. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I'm here 2-3 times a month and the lab techs here are great. They are understaffed and very busy almost every day. I have never had a problem here. read more
