Great office! Had to get bloodwork done for my husband and I. Office was clean and efficient. The phlebotomist that both of us happened to have was fantastic! I have at times difficult veins and my husband has a needle phobia. She was so quick and efficient, no pain, no bruising for either of us. I wish I got her name. I tried to get a blood test today, but it was unavailable. I did try to schedule online, but the website wouldn't take a Zip code, so I couldn't make it online. (My zip code is the same as the lab). I arrived at 6:50 AM, so they had been open for almost an hour. Nobody was in the waiting room. I got scheduled for an appointment 3 hours later. I waited a while and tried again, but to no avail. This Quest establishment is amazing -- clean, efficient and caring. I feel as if those are the three most important aspects to a place where your getting blood taken. I came in for my routine bloodwork and it went as smooth as silk. I recommend making an appointment like I did on the app because you'll get called in faster and won't have to wait as long if you just walked in. Once you do make an appointment, everything is swift and you're in great hands! You walk in and add your phone number or any other identification and you're checked in. I also had my appointment on my Apple Wallet so when I pulled up it was super quick! They have really nice designs on the walks and they also have this big TV that has your name (not whole name) and shows how long until you'll be called. On top of that, the TV was programmed to show the background of Quest and any information you might want to know as you're sitting there waiting. The phlebotomist who did work for me was Brianna and she was amazing. She was super sweet, calm, extremely clean and caring. She talked to me a lot and it felt like we were friends! The entire office is so clean and the employees are sweet. It was a quick in and out process: my appointment was at 11:45 am and I left the office at 11:50ish. The great thing about this is that once my results are ready, they will be available on my app and I can look at it leisurely until I meet with my doctor. Highly recommend this Quest for any testing you need done, you won't regret it! Also, I didn't take photos because of HIPPA regulations, I felt it was against everyone's privacy so I wanted to respect that. read more

Seamless! In and out. Easy check in on a computer. It scans your driver license and health insurance card. You can make an appointment or just walk in. Your name shows up on the board after you check in. The phlebotomist did a fantastic job. Quick and painless. 10 minutes tops. read more

The facility is clean and workers are nice. It is best to make an appointment but they do accept walk-ins.

I would never go back here! When I arrived the woman behind the desk had taken the clipboard where you are supposed to sign in, unbeknownst to me and then they called everyone else ahead of me. When I went to the desk to inquire why, she screamed through the whole waiting room to see if everyone else had signed in intentionally to embarrass me. Customer service at its worst. read more

Amazing service! I've been a stay at home mom for the past year and I'm returning back to work in a few weeks. I needed to get a drug test done, however, I was turned down by labcorp because I had my 2 boys with me and was told no kids allowed. Frustrated, I went to Quest and was told that my kids were welcomed and was seen immediately. I was in and out in 20 minutes with NO appointment! I have had two appointments with in a few months. The facility is clean and the all of the staff is very efficient. The staff were pleasant each time I went. The first time I had an appointment. My wait time wasn't long at all. My second visit I didn't make an appointment I only waited maybe ten minutes longer. Thank you to the staff that works at this location for being nice and efficient.
