I gave it to Kelly and asked her to send it back to Rona Pfeiffer for repairs. She said she would. I was slightly apprehensive because she had moved out of her retail space into a small gallery across the street. Right before Christmas I received an empty box in the mail from HC when I called about it they told me it hadn't been fixed and oh, By the way they failed to insure. What's up with that? You are a high end jewelry store and you fail to insure your customers product? When I called to speak with her her "assistant" she basically insulted me by telling me I had only bought 3 pieces from the store and two of them were on sale. Well, I bought 4 pieces and I don't give a $@!? If they were on sale or not, I didn't put them on sale. Anyway, I hope the Covid crisis may have put her out of business because she should be. Restaurant Equipment Market (REM) has saved the day for me, especially on occasions when I could not stand to wait two days for Amazon Prime to deliver reasonably-priced kitchen goodies to my home. I have gotten cake pans, a meat tenderizer mallet, candy thermometer, an awesomely wide stainless prep bowl, and sweet bread knife from this place. Today I spotted pots and pans and cutting boards that will most likely end up in my kitchen at some point. Some of the things here are not very attractive, so if your aim is to buy kitchenware that combines form and function and you have the budget for it, by all means, go to the fancy places and acquire all that you need. The clearance sections are GREAT and make coupon savings so much better. Most everytime I go in, there is the same worker in the parking lot getting buggies/helping us mommas with our hands full load up the goods/humming a friendly tune/making sure everyone "has a great day and comes back soon." By far THE BEST!
