Never said ONE WORD to them. Unacceptable. I have the most contagious koolaide smile. I said hello- the employee didn't say a word. I had to unfortunately force the person to talk because I needed directions to a specific area. It was uncomfortable. Have never been in this store- will never go back. I felt super duper wooper unwelcome. You don't have to tolerate me twice. Not when I'm spending my hard earned. The store was clean - but clean floors don't balance unwelcoming employees. There was a guy who came from the back of the meat department that asked me if I was good. They may or may not return calls if a message is left. If a call is returned, it can take days. I do not see how they sell or service any hearing aids with this sort of customer service. When I went to put them up this Christmas, I realized one string had been mislabeled- it was actually only 8' long though the package said 9'. I contacted them after this Christmas (almost a year after my purchase) and they said they no longer had these lights but I could pick something else. I didnt really get a chance to even look, this is what I really wanted. But lo and behold, several weeks later they notified me that a package was coming. I just got my replacement 9' garland light set today! I honestly cannot recall the last time I have been so impressed with a company's customer service efforts, this is above and beyond, like they had not forgotten about me. Incredible! BTW, the lights themselves are wonderful, too. I highly recommend Christmas Lights, Etc.!!
