The other beauty store clerks Severely LACK any type of social skills to work around other females or human being in general . It's astounding ! But thank you Kristen for being the best here !!!!! I wish I can leave more stars but I get treated poorly by the other girls here like I don't come here to be mistreated , while I could order my makeup online , than bother driving to go to a brick and mortar shop, there is one woman who works the DIOR counter here that I want to give recognition to She has been very nice and helpful as well. Best wax and massage experiences I've ever had!…read more When I moved from Memphis, I was afraid I wouldn't find a waxer as good as the one I left. But I found an even better one! Michael is so knowledgeable about the biology of anatomy in general and skin specifically. *Then* I found out he's a self-confessed "brow snob" so I let him start doing my brows and I seriously GET COMPLIMENTS on them now. THEN, in a fit of back spasms, I called him for a massage and...I don't even know how to explain how different his massage is from all the others I've had. So often you can practically choreograph how a massage is going to go because they all learned the same and they all do it the same. Not Michael. Again, with his knowledge level. He is so in-tune with what your body needs and he really delivers that. I am so glad to have found him!
