I hate going to new nails salons because I can never find someone that does what I want. However, I absolutely LOVE this place. I've been there twice with two different nail techs and they both did a wonderful job. Verna was so sweet and lovely and very honest too. I plan on going to get my nails done by her from now on. Seriously, they do a great job for a great price! Update* So after going here for a few months now I have mixed emotions about Labella... Kevin and Verna are great, but some of the other nail techs not so much. I've been getting coffin nails, and the girl who did them this time (I didn't get her name) told me that the design I wanted wasn't a design, and painted them all pink. After speaking to the manager I was able to have Kevin do a marble design on my nails. The moment I walked out it looked like I already needed a fill (the same thing happened when Julie did my nails). After a week, my nails were already lifting and one was about to fall out. After discussing it with the manager she said she'd fix the two lifted nails free of charge. It hasn't even been a week and the nails that were "fixed" have already broken off and the rest of my nails have lifted. Their techs that do pedis though, are wonderful and I love the service they provide. Although I have been unhappy with my nails lately I have to give them credit where it's due. read more

No complaints. I got a pedicure done a week before vacation. The nail technician seemed very nice. Possibly not fluent in English but still sweet and she did a pretty good job. Good location off 1382 and comfortable chairs. Can't remember if I could get the massage chair going or not. Usually I'll go to Bre Nails or Cedar Hill Nails over by Marshalls when on this side of town, but this was a nice change. Bre is slowly losing me. THE BEST nail salon ever! I have tried many others when they're more convenient & they all always fall short when compared to LaBella. This is my regular, go-to salon. I drive from Waxahachie bi-weekly just to go to LaBella. The place is very nice, new, & clean. Fair prices, free water, soda, margaritas, & even wine. SO MANY colors to make pick from! I recommend this place to everyone I know. Seriously love this place, worth the drive & worth the money. Danny is my personal favorite, but nearly everyone there knows what they're doing. $35 for dip nails. They also have a loyalty punch card to get $10 off after so many visits. This is my first manicure experience - I'm just entering the world of not doing it myself. The facility is beautiful. I was the first customer of the day and I was surprised how many people started coming in - it's 9:30 am!! It must be a great place with how busy it got. There was not much conversation with anyone so I cannot say if they're friendly or not. The guy that did my French manicure did okay. A couple of my nails look sloppy - I can do that! I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR. They are all very rude and pushy with how they offer services and how they conduct business. Went in for a pedi and possible full set. From the time me and my best friend walked we were rush to pick a color, rushed to tell them what type of pedi and the entire pedi was rushed. All my toes nails are cut different. It took these 2 ladies 12mins to do both our pedis they lost out on more money for our full sets because we wanted to leave ASAP. The star goes out to the lady that did my toes. Because the lady (Jasmine) who did my removal and full set, was not my cup of tea. She didn't greet me nor tell me her name. She was super rough during the whole process and kept yanking my hand back when I would tell her I was in pain. She was unable to do any designs I asked her. So my time here (outside of the yummy margarita) was very unpleasant. This guy that work there used a tool from Jasmine's set on HIS OWN NAILS and Jasmine proceeded to use the same tool on my fingernails. Very disgusting. I felt like I just paid 80$ for pain, a crappy paint job and a margarita. Plus the WiFi didn't work. I also wanted to do my eyebrows but it didn't get done because she had someone waiting. I count about 20$ she missed out because she was neglectful and couldn't complete the task at hand. Wish I can return but no thank you. I'll keep searching. I've been going here for over a year. They make mistakes (i.e. set appointment for 10:30a on a Sunday although they don't open until 11:00a) but the lady who made the appointment was new and things happen. They were very apologetic and did their best to make sure I was happy. I have my favorite nail tech and will only go to him. There are techs who have specialities and by reading the reviews you can figure out who/what. I've been in DFW for over 15years and this is one of two ( other is Frisco) nail salons I will go to. It's clean, professional, and organized. The music is not loud or overwhelming nor have I ever heard any profanity laced music. Just a note: if you don't like something let the manager know or your tech, if you are a regular and they will try to make it right. I love their reward card too! read more

This place was ok in my opinion. The decor was beautiful and you can tell it's either a newer salon or has been remodeled. The folks providing the service were nice as well and I was able to get in and out efficiently. The reason for the 3 stars are due to cost and how the services were provided. Definitely overpriced in my opinion. They differentiate between gel nails and gel nails + manicure. Like what? In every salon I've ever been to they are one. You always get a mani before gels. Due to them being differentiated, the cost for both mani+gel was too high and I ended up getting the gel nails without a manicure. Of course they didn't last long. Also, when I go to the nail salon, I go to relax. I hateeeee when you're getting a pedicure and the manicure lady tries to give you a manicure while you're relaxing in the pedicure chair. My manicure lady had me trying to balance the gel nail lamp for her while she gave me a mani all while trying to stay still for the pedicure lady. It was so uncomfortable. The manicure lady had me moving so much that the pedicure lady kept messing up and I couldn't even drink my drink due to being pulled in different directions. read more

I have been going here for quite some time. I LOVE my nail technician Kim and the way she has gotten my natural nails to grow. She is good at shaping my nails as well. The nail shop is very nicely decorated and the times that I have been to the restrooms they have been clean. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Absolute worst nail salon ever! Came to get my nails done a few days ago and they all started lifting and breaking! The nail tech was rude and did a horrible job! She didn't even fully soak off all of my previous dip before she started doing my new set! When I returned to show them their work, the ignorant front desk guy said I needed to pay full price again (which is way overpriced for their services to begin with!!) if I wanted them fixed. DAY OF: What a pleasant first experience here at LaBella! On a super busy day (we were at another salon waiting for over 30minutes before leaving), they were able to fit us in and get started right away. I got NexGen Pink and White and a deluxe Pedi. Reasonably priced. Good service. Clean. Friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more! Will definitely come back. FULLER REVIEW (added day after): PRO...I really appreciate not having my cuticles clipped. They look healthy and not cut up and I know they'll still look good until I'm ready for a new dip set. Not raggedy after 1 week like at other places. CON...I rated a 4 instead of 5 because of some imperfections on my nails--both fingers and toes. The surface shape of a 3 fingernails are uneven and lumpy. You can tell from the feel and side view. Not a big deal! Would still come back esp because of the cuticle thing. My pedi treatment was fantastic, but the toenail shaping was lacking and that's the most memorable and visible part. I broke both big toenails so they were uneven and one was still cracked across the middle. Bummed, I hoped a pro could get me right! This is what I look for in aestheticians I stick with--suggestions about what will look best on me, not someone to just do the job. The tech repaired the cracked one with glue ONLY when I brought it to his attention. He painted them as is without even an offer to repair at add'l cost or even them out. If in this situation again, I'll be more vocal. Anyone can see that they're neat but don't look nice. No one would ask where I got them done which isn't promoting their business as much as it could. I can't blame him because he did the basic of what I asked, just not that extra I look for in a place I'll be loyal to. This staff went out of their way to help mend my broken and painful nail. I had dipping powder previously and my hand was stepped on thus cracking and damaging my nail bed. First time coming here and customer service was awful. Firstly I was rushed to pick my color for my pedicure even though it was not busy. When I sat in the chair and put my feet in the water it barely covered my toes and it was cold, so I took my feet out and waited for the nail tech. I told her it wasn't enough water and it was cold. She then replied oh we don't fill it up. I said I understand that but my toes were barely covered. So she started to fill it then talked to her coworker in their language. Tina did my pedicure and it was amazing. I was also able to get a manicure. The nails were great. Customer service was great. The only downfall I had was them playing CNN on the tv. I understand we need to be aware of what is happening in the world but dead Syrian children was not what I wanted to see while getting a pedicure on Mothers Day. I didn't get my nails or toes done here but my sister did. I met her here for a little girl time. She got the powder dip on her nails and a pedicure. Her nails came out great! Even though I didn't get anything done whole I was here, the employees were very attentive and accommodating:) I sat by my sister while she received her services, they offered us beverages multiple times while we there. Moved here from Florida and having a hard time finding a nice, classy nail salon. Gave LaBella a try this afternoon for a pedi. Very disappointed, the place is decorated nicely, but very cluttered. The nail techs waiting on customers were lounging in the nail chairs. The tech who did my pedi was very unfriendly, and rough. She knicked me with the grater, and I started to bleed. Worst polish job and pedicure I've had in a long time. The tech was with me all of 10 minutes and I paid for the upgraded service. The leg and foot massage was pretty much non-existent. I got one coat of polish and no top clear coat .....so I will have to go to have them repolished.....somewhere else because I refuse to go back here. I love this salon! I've been twice and both times got full sets. The first one lasted OVER A MONTH. And I plan on going back today to get my nails filled that I've had for 3 weeks. No chips and my nails are still perfectly in place (not lifting up from the back or the sides.) My nails grow pretty quickly, so it's amazing that they last as long as they do. I could honestly keep this set for another week and they would look fine, but I am ready for a change in color :) read more

Ladies, I live a busy life as we all do. Therefore, when I go to the nail spa I want to get a good mani pedi and relax. Well, it was a slow afternoon and only a hand full of ladies in spa, my problem was the "techs" choose to sit at the pedi stations and talk loud among themselves while I was trying to chill and enjoy my pedi, Not to listen to gossip from "employees." When I ask the manager to ask them could them go in the break room to talk I wanted to relax and unwind. Well, then some more of them start talking loud again among themselves. So if they do not appreciate me coming in paying my money for their services and not treating us like a factory line then my business will be with another spa. read more
