I scheduled a facial and a back facial to get that fresh look for my Birthday. Paulina was so professional and walked me through each step of the process. Completely different shaped eyebrows. I've been to 3 eyebrow professionals since, who all recommend laser removal, because my eyebrows were so horribly done. Initially, Ra'chel offered to "fix" her obvious mistake. (Only on her timeline). The fix was to over extend and further disfigure my eyebrows. When I contacted Ra'chel about her horrific mistakes, she refused to accommodate me and became extremely unprofessional, aggressive, adversarial & rude. She did not even offer to refund for the BOTCHED service. The pictures speak for themselves. In addition, Ra'chel is being reported to the board of cosmetology.

She walks you through things including details on aftercare; and even provides some sterile spray after. If you have questions she's responsive. I actually brought my partner here after they had a nose piercing at another place and she helped them with it and told them more about aftercare that the other place hadn't mentioned. I've now gotten four lobes, two helix, and a nose piercing here. I only lament that I don't have other piercings I want. :)
