I tried to tell the employees about it, but they don't seem to care and just explain that it opens for 20 or 30 seconds at a time and then closes when you put a token in which I ended up getting video of it being open for over a minute and closed for over a minute. So now every time they play that game, I have to pay attention to make sure that the trap door is closed so they don't lose anything. Then it's packed so I just want to add my kids tickets to my account. Every time the lines are long I go up to an employee and ask them to add the tickets to my account and call it a day. This time when I went up to one of the employees she refused told me I had to get in line. So then I tried to go up to the main counter where Amy was standing and she again refused told me I had to get in line when all I was trying to do was add my tickets to my account and leave. I've been taking my kids here for years and before this trip over 5000 tickets and I've never had an issue with them adding my tickets to my account when I just wanted to leave and not wait in line until today. Our youngest turned 5 and we wanted to throw him an extra special birthday party with friends. We've done private room bowling parties before and they're so great for enjoying time with other families and kids. You have a sectioned off private area so kids can run around and play and adults can relax and chat knowing the little ones can't escape easily. This was a 10/10 party! We paid for: 20 kids to bowl for 3 hours in the Z Lounge, endless soft drinks for 2 hours, 5 large 1 topping pizzas for the 20 kids and then adults had leftovers. We let the adults know it was a party for kids only to bowl and we'd have drinks and pizza for the kids and the adults were welcome to order food and drinks with a waiter that came to and from the room often. We also kept the $200 in arcade money and 20 ride/attraction passes for our kids instead of sharing them with the kids that came to the party. Our kids had an amazing time using those at a later date. It was totally worth it for everyone to have an amazing time and not have to host a party in our home. Both were good except we didn't receive the fry sauce I ordered and we were not given any napkins or ketchup. I went and asked for both. I took the fry sauce as a loss. It's right next to the freeway so it's extremely loud and constantly noisy. Do not expect a pristine place where you could come and sit and have a picnic. This is for all intents and purposes a Battle planning facility. Gravel everywhere, pallets, stacked, blocks and block buildings. Cool. When you arrive you will receive a briefing via video, complete with safety rules, and the do and do not rules. You will then receive information on how to wear the gear, and when you can take it off and so forth. Followed by a fitting with your gun and other stuff. They will show you how to fill the air tank, which you will need to do between each round, and you should also buy extra paintballs. I bought an extra 2000 and I think they are about 17 bucks for that box. You cannot pick the balls up off the ground because it will jam up the guns. When you are finished receiving your briefings, one of the staff members will come out with you and divide you up in the teams of red and blue and take you to a game play zone where they'll explain different games. The only downside right now, besides the fly swarms, to this place is all of the construction nearby making an on-time arrival impossible if you leave the normal time. The best route here is from the Boise direction on 84, or from Star area, then go south on Karcher until you get to Caldwell Boulevard. Turn right on Karcher and follow it all the way down until you run into Ustick. Make a right turn and go back over 84 and it's on your right side, then turn right into the driveway. If you come down, Aviation way, and dead end into Ustick, it's straightahead and slightly left and you'll see it. The signage is very poor right now. The boys are out there now and they're having a blast. Price is very reasonable for the amount of fun to be had.

If not for the mosquitos, definitely for the wasps that are literally swarming every platform you will zip line too and from. And since there is no where to run too on the platforms to avoid the wasps-you best be prepared. 2. Bring your patience. The full tour is about 3 hours. We had a full group of 10 for our tour and its fair to say you spend 3/4 of the time waiting for the rest of the group to zip from one platform to another. There is quite a bit of opportunity to staff the tours better so this is less of an issue. 3. Try not to over think the process. One of our guides was really over exaggerating everything, so far as to say you get severe rope burn/whiplash from the green brake ropes if you don't grab them as you approach the platforms. This is definitely not the case. I could tell it made some newbies pretty nervous. But after your first zip line, you learn to relax and enjoy the ride- and quickly figure out which of the guides is full of it. ;) Happy Zipping!
