Lash extension appointment. When I walked in, with my glasses on, I explained to the girl who was doing my lashes that I wanted one step above natural. When she finished my lashes, I put my glasses on to look in the mirror, and I could not even close my eyes. They were so thick and so long that I could not wear my glasses. I asked her what she was going to do about it, she said there was nothing she could do. I literally looked like a stuffed animal. My eyelashes were horrible. Since the glue was not yet dry, I went to the car and started pulling them out in sections so that they would look more natural. Unfortunately, I pulled out too many close to the inside of my eyes, and I had to go to another salon to have more added to at least balance out what I had. Absolutely ridiculous to let me walk out without any attempt to correct her screwup. This is not me but this is what I looked like when she was done. NATURAL? I don't think so!!! Crappy listening and observation skills and even worse customer service to NOT FIX your screwup. read more

I have been getting my lashes done for almost a decade and let me tell you there are so bad shops out there. My experience for two years with Lacier has been nothing but amazing! My lash artist of three years moved and I wanted to find a new place. Lets say that journey didn't start well and I almost quit on lashes. I decided to try one more shop, Lacier and I'm so glad I did! Sonu is incredible, her work is gorgeous (I'm never disappointed) she's fast, thorough and delicate with your lashes. Ladies I'm extremely picky with lash artists but I will gladly give Lacier 5 stars every day because I always feel gorgeous when I leave and my lashes look incredible! My natural lashes are healthy and the extensions are clean and spaced beautifully. If you need a lash artist look no further, it's Lacier ladies! DO NOT GO HERE if you value your natural lashes at all! I had a fill done while I was in town for a couple days. I found them on the Extreme Lash website thinking that would mean they do quality work. Wrong! When I got home my lash stylist was appalled! They used so much glue it was halfway down my lashes. Trying to remove any was pulling out my natural lashes by two or three at a time. They glued giant clumps all across with no spaces. It looked so terrible. She ended up having to do a complete removal and now I need to go back and pay for another whole set. Notice the pic with the glue halfway down my lash compared to the pic of MY CERTIFIED lash stylist's work where you can't even see the glue and there is space between the lashes. Terrible work. Do not recommend. Update: was offered full refund. Appreciated. read more

Honestly this place seems too good to be true. Made an appointment this morning for 2pm, same day appointment. My lashes turned out really good (better than I expected to be honest) and I'm thrilled. This is located in what use to be a house but is now clearly a business. It's cute. It's set up for multiple beds per room in an open environment. A little different than most lash places I've been, but it wasn't bad or awkward. Every employee I met (3) were very friendly & knowledgeable. You seriously can't beat their prices. Like, lower than Groupon prices. And the quality is great. I didn't feel rushed, but I was in and out (full set) within about an hour & 40 minutes. I have a lot of lashes, so I was surprised how quickly they were done & how good they looked. Anyways. Currently no cons that I can think of. DON'T GO THERE!! I spent hours so they can mess up on my lashes oneside was uneven and thicker and had a lot of glue mess so she spent most of the time trying to separate and trim them evenly lol! And when I told them to fix it and that I wasn't happy with the service. With out telling me we can remove them she called the ​police and tells them the client refused to pay for service. Cops get there and say it's so obvious she messed up on my lashes and says if the customer is unhappy with the service and obviously they messed up she don't have to pay and to remove them. She then says I need to pay to remove it. Officer says NO YOU WILL NOT CHARGE HER FOR YOUR MESS UP SHE WAS SO MAD SHE RUBBED THE GLUE REMOVER ON MY EYELIDS INSTEAD OF MY LASHES LEAVING MY EYELIDS RED N SORE for two days. Got my eyelashes done here. Had a reaction to the glue. We switched to the sensitive glue and tried again. Lacier lash worked with me to clean up the reaction my skin had to the glue and we're super quick and helpful to guide me through the process. They were willing to answer all my questions. The level of professionalism is high. The atmosphere is always clean, smells great and is warm and welcoming. All the ladies here are always nice, courteous and friendly. This is my lash home!!! i'll start off by saying i am new to town, but not to eyelash extensions. Ive had them for years. i looked up places to go and read tons of reviews and this seemed like the best option. Horrible decision. I ended up with a painful and intense allergic reaction. I washed my lashes (which should have made them come off because it was only 12 hours after i got them), took benadryl, iced my eyes, nothing worked. So i went in and asked them to take them off for me. They told me to wait a few days but that was not going to happen. Anyways, after over an hour they finally ripped my lashes off, but left the glue (which is what I had a reaction to) on my eyelids. They did reimburse me 50% of what i paid for the initial install, but now my eyes are still puffy and red and painful and at least half day of work missing (assuming the swelling goes down soon) Additionally, this was the first time in my life I had a reaction like this. So, if you do choose this place and dont know if you'll have a reaction or not, assume you will. read more

very bad service I was for a week refilling my eyelashes 2 times the last time it lasted 3 days to fall almost all of them and I didn't even wash them I made a complaint and far from offering an apology the person who answered the phone the girl who attended me was upset The last time it was rude and although I do not understand if the language I could feel that I was angry and it only took 30 minutes to refill my eyelashes I had planned to make a trip but because of the bad work I had to go elsewhere after three days to do my refill another Once I spent my time and money for a very bad job, I don't think I'll ever go back to that place, they don't appreciate their customers. read more
