The service guys were really nice, very helpful, owner called back to make sure this info was taken, that info was correct, etc. I paid them $140 to come to my apt and add 4Gs of memory. I already had 2G, the guy took my two and gave me 4G, to me that adds up to 6G, but somehow I still only was left with 4G. It only took 10 minutes to rack up the $140 damage. Pause. How's that for math?? good luck with the math if you have a real problem 3 stars because they were polite and did the job. I realize now it was like paying $140 for someone to tie my shoes. My tech friends and every guy that knows about this are embarrassed for me. Lesson learned, next time unless computer is dead, DIY.
