We had a great experience with Ladder Heroes. Tie came out to do our roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and moss treatment, and he was wonderful--professional, polite, and incredibly hardworking. He cleaned up all the debris and even noticed a bird in the very early stages of trying to build a nest. He checked the area and assured us the roof was fine and the bird would move on after the cleaning. The weather was rainy and windy, but Tie still did an amazing job. Kathy provided a reasonable estimate, sent someone to pre‑inspect the property, and the final price was actually lower than the estimate. Scheduling was smooth, though they do book out fast. We had a gutter service for 10 years that after COVID decided to change their policies and couldn't service us anymore - we were recommended Ladder Heroes and they were happy to schedule us. But it would take a couple months before they could fit us in. The day finally arrives and their cleaner comes looks at the house and leaves. I call and email the team to figure out what is going on - and was told they couldn't clean our gutters since we didn't have roof anchors and the shrubs would block their ladders. Hmmmm, we do have roof anchors and in the last ten years no one has ever claimed the roof was inaccessible? So basically if they feel your roof is either too big or too hard to clean they will simple not do it. I would avoid them considering they charge more than other similar services. read more

Provided a quick and reasonable estimate without having to visit the property. They provided a range based on the moss level which I thought was fair and the price charged at the end was reasonable. Armando and Francisco did a good job with the roof and gutter cleaning. It was pouring rain on the day of the cleanup, but they have stuck it out and cleaned up the debris afterwards as well. I am a property manager and recently had Ladder Heroes complete a community-wide roof and gutter cleaning on a 25-building HOA in Kirkland. The roofs are not easy to traverse and, in the past (with other vendors), we would always get complaints about falling debris, messy decks/walkways, splattered windows, and just general unhappiness. Not with this crew. Ricky and his team knocked it out of the park and I got nothing but good feedback. Also, when I reported that one of the downspouts was disconnected, they came out the next day and fixed it! Great service! read more

Horrific service and all caught on my Ring cameras. Cleaned my gutters but left my walkway, front porch, outdoor columns, outdoor furniture all splattered with mud. Then they hosed down my front porch for some unknown reason, moved my hoses around, removed the winterized covers (threw them behing some bushes), threw the heavy hose on my bushes and broke a few plants. When I called to complain, the administrator there was incredibly nice, apologetic and embarrassed. She tried to make the situation right, but the owner only offered a discount (or to reimburse me for any cleaning services) ONLY if I hired them again. Surreal. This place was recommended to me by a friend, so I have no idea what crew I got...but I'd stay away. read more

The roof cleaning service included moss removal, roof treatment (to help prevent moss from growing back too quickly), and gutter cleaning. I appreciated that they did not use pressure washing methods on our roof to prevent water damage / leaks. Robby was courteous over the phone and I could tell they really care about providing great customer service to their clients. Highly recommend this local business for your Gutter, Roof and Window cleaning needs. I have them clean my gutters on a bi-annual schedule. They know what they are doing and don't risk your roof by pressure washing etc. Their staff is very courteous and communicative at all stages - before, during and after the work is completed. I was very impressed with the quality of work. Gutters and windows all cleaned and made a note to blow off the roof, too. I requested a quote for gutter cleaning on Sunday January 28th and received an email response right away on Monday the 29th. The rate was reasonable and better than the other one I received. Through email exchanges, they were able to fit us in the very next day and we cannot be happier with their work. The gentleman that came over was professional, did his work, and mentioned a little bit of moss on our roof but not pushy. We declined the moss treatment at the time but will certainly keep them in mind if we ever need it. The online payment made it super easy to pay, which was the icing on the cake. The PNW team went above and beyond when they came out and pressure washed my house and cleaned our windows. We had a cranky neighbor complain about spray on their windows (even though it didn't actually happen) and the PNW team cleaned the neighbor's windows as well free of charge!
