TL;DR: Great quality, value, and extremely friendly and understanding! I am very impressed. I called and got estimates from several other places but Sarah and Brandon from Urban Clean were the most professional and honest. I've had my fair share of feeling like I was taken advantage of or being ripped off or conned from various contractors and companies so it was nice to be able to speak to one that was actually helpful and honest. It really felt like I was chatting with a friend rather than a pushy door to door salesman. Brandon is knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and was very respectful of what I did and did not want done. Update 1/13/2022: I am so glad that finally Urban Clean showed up and finished the job. Moreover, they cleaned the gutter, cleared the clogs and scrubbed the roof. Two guys worked almost 3 hours on my roof. Pandemic is hard for everyone, especially for small businesses. Bought a Groupon. Called to have my gutters cleaned. The guy said they don't work until 11:00 am. I said fine, scheduled a day and time. Then they didn't show up and he won't return my calls. The guys at very short notice turned up for an estimate and offered to get started straight away. In my experience - it is hard these days to find maintenance people that are so committed - these guys are. They spotted a broken window and took the trouble to call me about it, informed my neighbor in case it was something nefarious etc. Fair price, great job, honest, very conscientious and hard working - what more can you ask for. I hired these guys the last 2 years to clean my roof and gutters. The first year they did a good job and I hired them again last year. That job was less impressive and I asked them back to clean up what they missed. Plus I noticed they had scratched my gutters from how they placed their ladder and rub hoses carelessly against them. I was willing to overlook both when I asked them back a couple months ago to give me a price to clean roof, gutters and do a moss treatment. I have emailed, texted and called several times with no response. I am very disappointed they have become so unreliable, ghosting me now and I have no idea why??? Based on their current lack of communication, I have to review them poorly. I would happy to reconsider this review if I hear back from them. As it stands, I am forced to find and hire someone else. Not happy or impressed. Update: Right after posting this review, Brandon texted me. It took a bad review to hear back from him. They have also occasionally pressure-washed exterior walls, soffits and fascia, and washed exterior windows. We hired Urban Clean to shovel our driveway after the monster snow storms . We live up cougar mountain and the snow totals were much more than we could have imagined.
