They did a pretty good job, although one crew tried to hide some waste on my property, which I discovered and they eventually removed it. I've needed some minor repairs since then and it's been difficult to get them to take care of that, but now it seems they can't be bothered. I wrote them an email on March 5th about the repair. No one replied. On March 11th I called customer service and explained about the email and lack of reply and was assured that someone would get back to me within 3-5 business days. Six business days later, on March 20th, I called again and the customer service person transferred me to the "repair department" adding "you may need to leave a message." He was correct, and I did, explaining once again about the need for a repair, and what steps I had gone through already. On March 21st, I called customer service again and re-explained what had gone on over the last 2+ weeks. The agent said she could see my request in their system and would send an email to the repair department manager with a notation that it was "urgent" to contact me. She added "hopefully" they would call me back that day. I guess System Pavers' customer service is based upon a HOPE that someone will actually provide some service, because it must be pretty poor when the customer service rep HOPES someone will actually do their job. I mean, come on, how can you ignore a prior customer for over two weeks who spent about $250K on a driveway, porch and pool deck, plus outdoor lighting who just is looking for a return email or phone call? I think the whole episode calls into question what must be occurring at System Pavers. The "system" appears to be broken, that's for sure. UPDATE APRIL 4 I am changing my review to three stars from one star. I think the negative review got System Pavers' attention as I received a called from Cesar Guzman, a project manager for the company. Apparently he saw the review and called me about it, and getting the repairs done He scheduled the repairs and his worker showed up on time. Cesar came by a little later, introduced himself, and said to call him anytime I needed help. The worker spent a lot of time making sure the repairs were done right, and I was satisfied with his work. In fact, he found some other repairs to fix too which I hadn't asked about. I still don't think I would have gotten any attention if I hadn't posted the negative review, but thanks to Cesar for taking care of the issues.

I didn't realize that they took the dirt from the driveway and spread it around our plantings. Our gardener discover it as the dirt was suddenly too high for the plants. Service was also challenging. It took many calls to have a low spot corrected. One other frustration I remember is their pricing to run plastic pipe/conduit for future use. Everything is already dug. Just needed to trench a bit but the pricing was outrageous. It felt like they knew the owner would pay anything as once the pavers are installed, it's impossible to put the conduit in. We would not use them again.

We just finished a massive landscape makeover with Brent Landscaping, and we couldn't be more…read morethrilled with the final result, and our journey with their team. Initial consultation - Dan and Xochitl came to our house, where we had in-person kickoff session. We walked around the property together, where they both carefully listened to how our ideas around how to the use the space, and indulged our numerous 'newbie' questions. They are tremendously insightful, very experienced, and remarkably patient with folks like us who are new to the process. Design phase - Xochitl took all our ideas and took a couple of weeks to think deeply about what our outside space could be transformed into. And, boy did she deliver! She and Dan unveiled their vision to us at our next in-person meeting, where Xochitl had drawn out a stunning illustration of what the final design would look like. We loved it so much, it's now framed an hung on our wall. You can talk about designs all you want, but it's only when you see it in front of you that the vision truly comes to life. Execution - The team indicated when they would be available to start our project (after finishing the ones they had already committed to), and they were true to their word. And when everything got started, it was a whirlwind until completion. I don't think there was even a single day where someone from the team wasn't on-site, pushing things forward. One things start, they are fully dedicated to your project, and you can see your outdoor space transforming everyday. Finances - One thing I appreciated immensely was Dan's transparency around the finances involved. He provided a detailed, itemized quote at the on-set, and set out clear processes around payment cadence. That left no room for surprises. Of course, as with any project, we made adjustments and changed our minds on a few things along the way. Dan immediately made the necessary changes, and gave us a clear update on how that might affect costs and timing. Communication - Dan was incredible when it came to keeping us informed on progress and answering questions. He would lay out the plan for the next couple of weeks, make us aware of any decisions he needed from us, and provide timely updates as we moved into the next phases of the project. This was definitely a huge help, and very much appreciated. Final result - This was our first major landscaping endeavor, so there was a lot of blind faith put in the team, and I'm so glad we did. They completely transformed our outdoor space, both front and back.
