Still, it feels like a French chocolate shop with a case that offers around 40-50 different pieces of one bite nibbles. The game changer is that you order by the pound. It's not a place to visit and eat chocolate, but to visit and fill a fill a big box to go (which will run you about $30-40/lb). That sounds high but it's an arty product and great chocolate is not that heavy, I'm happy to eat a mini snickers so I'll defer to real chocolate experts to rank this place.

She organically gave us a tour, walked us through her products, and explained the process behind making her chocolate. You can tell immediately how much care and intention goes into what she does. She shared how important it is not to burn the cocoa beans and to really honor the process -- and honestly, you can taste that difference. A lot of places sell chocolate, but not everyone respects the craft. She absolutely does. We tried a few treats: the chocolate chip cookie, the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, and the double chocolate peppermint cookie. My wife loved the double chocolate peppermint. And we both loved the others -- you can taste the freshness and the quality of the ingredients in every bite. Nothing artificial, nothing rushed. Just rich, balanced, delicious flavor. I also picked up some of my regular go-tos, including their cognac raisin and rum raisin bars, their macadamia gianduja balls, and both the hazelnut and the coconut baton cookies.
