The salon is great the instructors and front desk people are great but the Sales people are rude , arrogant , pushy and passive aggressive . They promised me a pass until 12/31 and then when I came in person they didn't let me said only for one day. Then they didn't let me make the class they had to have a rude conversation about me first and and held me up telling me all the reasons I need to only had to have one day and I had to sign up today. Also personal trainer never returned my calls when I was a member to schedule me for my supposed included session.

Methinks the mod for that sub is a Planet Fitness manager. So anyway, at this location (and specifically 10/2/2024 at 10:30 am), a trio of beauties waltzed in the front door, ignored the front desk (where you check in; duh) and went immediately to the right to the equipment. This happens every.single.day. How do I know? Because I see it happening every.single.day. The staff at the front desk is always conveniently looking down, or at their phone, or have their backs turned. Today, the young gentleman (not Shawn, the on-site manager) looked them squarely in the eyes...and ignored them. what is the deal? are they members, and just choose to ignore the rules? Or do they just sneak in to work out, knowing no on will stop them. Management, fix this! It happens regularly! #2 -- could you please enforce the "don't bring your baggage onto the floor with you" rule? There are literally piles of hand luggage clogging the ailses, and the staff does nothing. Too cheap to buy $3 lock. The staff never confronts a rules breaker EVER. Is this a mandate from corporate? Don't piss off the membership? Wait -- I thought this location was independently owned and operated. So what's the deal here? the $10/month trash people are ruining it for the rest of us. do better

But they currently charge way too much for what they have to offer. They try to upsell you with specialized workouts, etc., from the trainers, but the trainers often don't follow through. There also aren't as many classes as previously offered, and sometimes the instructor doesn't even show. Be careful with the trainers. I had one tell me he knows more than a respected orthopedic surgeon in the area who has more than 35 years of experience. The disturbing thing was I think this trainer actually believed what he saying.

This program is the first group exercise program I have ever done.I didn't even know it, but it was exactly what I needed to keep me motivated and coming back day after day. They start you of with a 10 week program coming in for 5 days a week. That may sound intimidating but after week 2 you are hooked! In my experience I've gotten more value out of this membership because I actually go, rather than throwing $10-$20 away every month at Planet Fitness or some other chain. It also comes with a nutrition plan that is relatively simple to follow one you find the appropriate food choices. The staff is great. You will bus your behind in every class and that is exactly what you want and need to get the results you want. I've texted members of the staff on multiple occasions with nutrition questions and they really welcome the questions and are quick to respond. There are 2 Facebook groups that you have access also with the membership. This way you can stay in touch with your local gym for important updates and ask questions to the the whole Max Challenge community or search questions. Many flexible times to workout from 5 am-7 pm. Overall this is a great place for assistance on your weight loss journey. Well worth the money which will be about $400-$500 for the 10 week program.

The workouts are challenging but Pete and Sebastian always make sure we are working out without injuring ourselves. They take time to explain the proper way to do each exercise and modify if you need. I not only love the classes and the trainers but the atmosphere is great, there are people of all shapes and sizes and you don't ever feel silly asking a question or needing something explained again. I have been to many gyms and worked out literally all over the world and I think Fuse is the best!
