DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS FROM Here. I'm so angry. I ordered a beautiful DELUXE floral arrangement in a superior basket for $93.89. It was supposed to be all WHITE roses and other WHITE flowers, with only a FEW SPRIGS of BABY BLUE flowers in it. It was for a young woman who had lost her father. What she received was wilted flowers (petals falling off) with bright purple dried flowers. The basket was a lop sided cheap easter basket. I have repeatedly asked for a replacement basket and an apology to be sent to her, and now they refuse tp communicate with me. What a shame. Buyer Beware! read more

I am so angry! I called in an emergency to have a WHITE arrangement sent to my mother in law, as my father in law just passed and I wanted to send he something beautiful since I couldn't be there. I paid extra for same day delivery and she added her tip, so 90.00 total! I was just sent this picture of the flowers she received! We discussed a medium size, beautiful arrangement with white flowers, white Lily's , and purple if possible. She sounded like purple wanting possible so I confirmed ALL WHITE was fine. I will never, ever order such an important arrangement again without seeing it. This is the most God awful ugly thing I've ever seen!! I'm mortified this is what my mother in law got! read more

Do not waste your time with this florist! She charges as if she was trained in floral design when her flowers are poor quality. If you are looking for a florist to do a wedding or other event you are likely to be screwed over. She will charge you retail just for ordering the flower, so this means that she will charge you something like $350 just for her service of ordering the flowers PLUS the cost of the flowers and this will NOT include the arrangements. The flowers may not even be what you ordered and there is a likely chance that they will be dying, its as if she is giving her left overs. I am writing this review because I have known several events that have been affected because she decided a day or two before that she wasn't going to do their flowers or was going to charge even more than she had originally quoted. Their have been many costumers, including myself, who have been treated rudely, over charged, and disappointed by three sisters floral. I hope you don't risk being disappointed by choosing this florist. read more

Really wish I would have reviewed yelp comments before ordering my Daughter's wedding bouquet, butonier ' s and alter garland. The bouquet did not resemble what we had discussed. Although the bouquet came in a vase and would have been a nice birthday flower arrangement it didn't look like the cascading bridal bouquet we had envisioned. The butonier ' s were small and wilted and the alter garland was so dry and wilted that we pulled the petunia ' s off and replaced with babies breath that we luckily had on hand. Yes I said petunia ' s on the garland, much to delicate of a flower to use for a garland. I had some friends with floral experience work on the garland to try to make it presentable. The bridesmaids bouquets that my friends and I put together with costco flowers at a fraction of the price were superior. read more

I've always had the best experience purchasing bouquets or hanging baskets from Three Sisters Floral. And they have great service.

My new husband and I hired Three Sisters Floral in advance of our wedding to provide all of our florals for our wedding day. Although we lived in Seattle, Ruth always made time to meet with us whenever we were in Sisters to wedding plan, and made herself available for phone calls as needed right up until the wedding. She worked within our budget and with our very general request for "seasonal budget-friendly, white florals and greenery". Ruth did an absolutely outstanding job. She provided us with beautiful florals in a woodland inspired look that went exactly with our wedding theme. She provided such a gorgeous variety of flowers and greens along with fragrant touches, and included rosemary in each of the boutonnieres for the men; they looked (and smelled) amazing! She even had a couple of bouquets prepared the day prior to ensure that we liked the look she was creating, and she created another pair of bouquets r so that we could use them for our rehearsal dinner and repurpose them for our wedding day. Ruth even went so far as to include a special floral boutonniere for our dog on our wedding day that we hadn't even requested! It was such a special surprise and it was clear that through all of our conversations she had listened to more than what we'd requested (and knew how much we love our dog). She went above and beyond to make our wedding day as special as it deserved to be. We were so lucky we found her, and each time we're back in Sisters we're going to make sure to stop in for a chat and to buy a bouquet! read more

I rarely give negative reviews, if I leave a review it is usually because I think something is extra great and want to share an unexpected treasure, but I am disappointed because my interaction was for a gift and I don't feel my intent or price point was adequately represented with the product received by the gift recipient. When I called to place my order the person answering the phone was very rushed and abrupt and event though I specifically requested two types of flowers and a general style of arrangement, nothing that I requested was in the product delivered.
